1. A Security Deposit (cheque / wire transfer / other mode) shall be placed by the client at the
time of signing the Expression of Interest (EOI).
2. The EOI cheque /Demand Draft amounting Rs. only shall be drawn in favour of”

3. The EOIs will be accepted till the date of formal project launch & RERA Registration as only after

that full product and pricing details will be revealed.

4. The EOI security deposit amount will be fully refundable upon cancellation without any financial
Interest.

5. In case of cancellation, all special benefits/offers (if any) will stand withdrawn for
processing of refunds even if the customer prefers to make a fresh booking at a later date.

6. The applicant confirms that while submitting this EOI form, the applicant has complied with all the

Applicable laws (including those pertaining to sources of funds used for this application) and
indemnifies the company in this regard.
7. The applicant confirms while submitting this EOI Form, that he/she completely understood that
right now he/she is signing only the pre-launch booking where developer is still under the process
of RERA Registration & Authority documents completion. In case of any problem arise in future by
RERA/Authority on the Project, the applicant confirms that he/she will not go in any legalities and
will not claim any further financial interest over their paid amount.

8. The developer reserves the right to accept or reject this EOI, at its sole discretion & without
assigning any reason for the same. The EOI form and the terms thereof shall supersede all the prior
discussions and correspondences (written/otherwise) between the applicant and the developer.

9. No Third Party payments shall be accepted.


10. Balance Payments & Additional charges i.e. Government Charges, possession charges, etc.

will be payable as per the opted payment plan.

11. First transfer charges free till intimation of offer of possession.

NOTE: ANY INTRODUCTION OF NEW TAXES, CHARGES, FEES ,LEVIES AND/OR REVISION/ENHANCEMENT IN THE
STATUORY CHARGES OR GST OR ANY OTHER STATUTORY TAXES ,FEES, CHARGES ETC. AT ANY TIME IN FUTURE
AS MAY BE APPLICABLE WITHIN THE TIME LINES STIPULATED FOR PAYMENT OF THE SAME AS PAYMENT PLAN.
