EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT LETTER - COMMISSION ON SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE REFERRAL

We are delighted to extend this employment agreement to you as an esteemed employee of Transcend
Aviation Academy, an Aviation Training and Placement Academy located in Chennai, India. This
agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you will be eligible to receive a commission
for successful candidate referrals made by you.

1. Position and Responsibilities:


You shall be employed in the role of Deputy Director of Corporate Relations and Partnerships, and your
primary responsibilities will include providing aviation training and contributing to the growth and
success of the academy. Additionally, you will be encouraged to participate in the candidate referral
program.

2. Candidate Referral Program:


As part of our efforts to attract high-quality candidates to our training programs, we have instituted a
candidate referral program. Under this program, you will have the opportunity to refer prospective
candidates to the academy for aviation training courses. The program aims to recognize and reward your
efforts in identifying suitable candidates.

3. Eligibility for Commission:


You will be eligible to receive a commission for each successful candidate referral, subject to the
following conditions:
a. The referred candidate must enroll in one of our aviation training courses.
b. The commission will be paid only after the candidate's fees are received in full.

4. Commission Amount:
The commission amount for each successful candidate referral will be 4-7% of the total course fees paid
by the candidate.

5. Commission Payment:
Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, within 30 days following the successful
completion of the training program by the referred candidate and receipt of their fees. The payment will
be made through account transfer, and appropriate tax deductions, as per applicable laws, will be
applied.

6. Compliance and Ethics:


As an employee of Transcend Aviation Academy, you are expected to comply with all applicable laws,
regulations, and ethical standards. Any unethical or fraudulent practices in connection with the
candidate referral program may result in the forfeiture of your commission and may also lead to
disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment.

7. Agreement Duration:
This employee agreement shall remain in effect from the date of signing until further notice from either
party, unless terminated earlier as per the terms and conditions specified in the company's employment
policies.
