POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position title: Solution Implementation Specialist
Senior Engineer

Position reporting to: Manager, Solution Business Dept.
This position will have the opportunity to join the exciting and expanding solution business. Responsible for
implementation of proposed & designed solutions based on deep knowledge of proposing technology area
/ product for a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual with high level technical
experience, capable of making intuitive high-level decisions for solution implementation. You will lead and
be accountable for comprehensive, end-to-end implementation for Enterprise Solutions.
Accountabilities
Role and Responsibilities: Business Process and Operational Excellence
Adhere to standard FujiFilm Business Innovation transition and project management by utilizing
industry standard tools and methodologies
Takes a solution products responsibility (maybe cross-functional, cross-organization, cross-service,
involving 3rd parties) to takeover solution delivery to the customer
Responsible to implement (install, configure, troubleshoot, support) complex/custom solutions as
part of the Professional Services processes
Participates in technical discovery, kick-off meetings with customers
Manages and deploy POC to customer, responsible for managing quality, delivery time, cost of
project and leading them to success
Solutions documentation completed in full, with formal testing, sign-off and handover capability
enabled
Responsible to resolve and/or to propose acceptable solutions for technical issues faced during
delivery of services
Manages risk during implementation and on-going operations
Drives strategies to minimize calls and improve response time, resolution time of software
problems
Delivers technical support to contracted customers and tracks time utilization/ problem resolution
within the problem management system
Provides rollover support to end users, when the Help Desk is not available, or issue escalation is
required
Assists in the development of the solution
Performs other duties as assigned

Continuously develop and maintain excellent skills within the business solutions domain in FBVN.
Create and maintain good working relationships with key solutions sales stakeholders within FBVN
and ensure solutions are setup and available in a manner to reflect their strategies
Ability to engage internal and external customers quickly and professionally to deliver a superlative
customer experience

English fluently – spoken, listening, and written
Professional Experience
Min 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT environment
Experience in working with solution installations and integrations, software pre/post-sales
support… is preferred
Experience in management, implement, configuration, support of DMS/ECM, ERP, HR, RPA
platform is an advantage
Experience in programing languages: Java, .Net is an advantage
Knowledge of Database, especially MS SQL
Knowledge of web service (IIS and Apache)
Knowledge of general computer network
Nice to Have Experience:
o Utilizing strong scripting skills in well-known languages or similar scripting skills
o Operating Systems included but not limited to (Installation, Basic Configuration and
Administration prefer LINUX/UX and/or Windows Server Certification)
Education/Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Relevant technology certifications
