1.0 Executive summary
It is a fact that human beings have been creating everything to live more
conveniently since the beginning of the world. Automating works and objects is
one of the major topics which is helping to achieve this fact. Thanks to the
technology, these days we are going toward automating everything to achieve
comfort as much as we can. Since people spend a big portion of their life at home,
automating a house would be an attractive subject for ease of life.
With a home automation system, people are able to program many objects to work
automatically, which is automation of the home, housework or household
activities. In addition, there are new available features that let users control objects
remotely. Nowadays most people have their smartphone nearby them; therefore,
adding an interface on the smartphone to control an automated system is a big plus.
Home automation systems could control lighting system, heating and air
conditioning, appliance and security door locks to bring more accessibility,
convenience, safety, ease and energy efficiency.
1.1 Objective
The objective of this project is to developed home automation systems based on
environmental monitoring systems, which can be monitored from all over the
world using a google assistance.
The systems employed and embedded wed server based on Arduino uno, ESP32
CONTROLLERS. With internet protocol connectivity for accessing and
controlling electronic appliances remotely. Additionally the propose systems does
not require dedicated server PC like other available systems and offers a specific
communication protocol to monitor and control the home environment with more
than just the switching functionality.

Arduino uno.
Arduino hardware is a so-call micro controlling board, basically it is the circuit
board with many electronics parts around the actual micro controller. On the edge
of board, they are many pins with whom it is possible to connect different
component.
ESP32 module
is a series of low-cost, low-power system on a chip microcontrollers with
integrated Wi-Fi and dual-mode Bluetooth., power amplifier, low-noise receive
amplifier, filters, and power-management modules
The 4 Channel Relay.
Module is a convenient board which can be used to control high voltage, high
current load such as motor, solenoid valves, lamps and AC load. It is designed to
interface with microcontroller such as Arduino, PIC and etc.
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
Refers to a wireless system comprised of two components: tags and readers. The
reader is a device that has one or more antennas that emit radio waves and receive
signals back from the RFID tag.
L2298 motor driver:
motor drive was basically a current amplifier it used to collect low signal from
microcontroller and give a proportional higher current signal to our dc motor train.
Temperature sensor.
SPST Toggle Switch.
The SPST toggle switch is an electrical switch that includes a lever or handles to
control the current flow from a power supply to a device.
