Speaking of a habit that I really want to get rid of, I would like to talk
about my sleeping routine.

some yoga at around 9 pm. This measure had helped him overcome his
insomnia
before, so he hoped that it would work on me. Therefore, I signed up for a yoga class last
week to give it a try. The professional from the yoga center told me that doing yoga
frequently helps improve my sleep and puts me to sleep more easily.
