hands-on experience in many tasks of a teacher, such as teaching and building subject command. It also

but my goal was to graduate without a doubt, and now that I am in my third year of college and close to
the finish line, I know that my chosen degree will be a big help to be a successful teacher. A TEACHER'S
FUTURE JOB is to help students learn by transferring knowledge and creating an environment in which
students can and will study efficiently

7. What feature of your degree illustrate that the curriculum is outcome-based?

My degree's features demonstrate that the curriculum is outcome-based, wherein knowing how to do
things, the ability to make decisions, understanding what you're doing, and why reflective: learning and
adapting via self-reflection; applying information effectively and responsibly is key. It is adaptive to
student needs, learner support is supplied when and where it is most required, and learners are given
enough time to acquire mastery because there are clear criteria for measuring fluency/proficiency.
SELF CHECK The new teacher education curriculum is based on Outcome-Based Education as
evidenced by the constructive alignment of the important elements of the curriculum. As a student of
curriculum and a future teacher, would you be able to:

1. know exactly what to need to do to achieve the outcome even at the beginning of your degree plan?
Yes ___/____ No ______. Explain.

INDICATOR: DESIRED OUTCOMES As a student and future teacher it’s very able that I know that after
we've identified our intended objective, we can start working backward to plan out our path to success.
By defining our desired objective, we will be able to determine which competing priorities we should
reject and what sacrifices we will need to make.

2. identify what you will do to achieve the desired outcomes? Yes ___/__ No ___. Explain.

INDICATOR: METHODS AND STRATEGIES As a student and future teacher it’s very able that I know Teaching
methods are the larger strategies used to assist students in achieving learning outcomes, whereas activities
are the various ways in which these methods are implemented. Its effectiveness is contingent on this
alignment. An instructor should consider learning outcomes, student needs, and the learning environment
while making the best decision.

3. measure the desired outcome if it has been achieved? Yes ___/__ No ___. Explain.

INDICATOR: ASSESSMENT TOOLS As a student and future teacher it’s very able that I know Assessment
tools are strategies used to assess a student's academic talents, fluency, and skills in a certain subject, as
well as one's progress toward academic mastery in a specific subject. A learning strategy used by
educators to make educated decisions about strategies to improve student learning. This aids in
understanding whether learning interventions are required to ensure student achievement.

4. develop the competencies required for all future teachers? Yes ___/__ No ___. Explain.

INDICATOR: PERFORMANCE TASK As a student and future teacher it’s very able that I know Observing
how students’ approach and work through a performance task can tell the teacher about students'
adaptability, social competence, and proactive attitude, and capacity to persist through challenges. It
will help teachers gauge the levels of student understanding, correct any student misunderstandings,
and provide the instruction necessary to propel thinking along.

5. tell if you are improving or not in knowledge, skills, and values while schooling? Yes ___/__ No __.

INDICATOR: EVALUATION OF TEACHER As a student and future teacher it’s very able that I know the
structured process by which a school reviews and rates teachers' performance and effectiveness in the
classroom is referred to as teacher evaluation. The findings of these assessments should ideally be
utilized to provide feedback to teachers and drive their professional development. It is critical to
understand instructors' strengths and areas of practice that could be improved.
Self-Reflect 7.2

“The New Teacher Education Curriculum and My Future as a

Teacher”
My teaching philosophy is related to the fact that everybody is committed to
learning. Education contributes greatly to individuals' efficient development and growth,
and educators play an important role in providing education to the students.

In the new teacher education curriculum, we must be ready for whatever

changes will happen because that's how it is, as students and to be we must be
multitasking in what we do but the purpose is to teach our students more productively
and creatively. Through this curriculum we need to continue to discover ourselves on
the path we want and further explore the skills we have and what we have never tried,
there is nothing wrong with trying things you have never done and that's a realization.
Because in life as a teacher we must have many strategies that need to be done, the
talent in learning activities and in acquiring technologies skills to be successful that we
will do in the learning process.

In my future as a teacher, I believe that every student is different in their learning

style as well as the set of attitudes that they face in the classroom. It is my part of role
to understand their gifts as well as provide a comfortable environment in which my
learners can access to the best of their ability while meeting the students' needs. I want
them to know the significance of education. I hope to be a role model for all of my
students as well as boost their respect. I am self-assured that my teaching techniques
will be inspiring and that my determination and passion for teaching will be evident. I
hope that my enthusiasm for teaching has an impact on my students I'm hoping my
eagerness for teaching rubs off on my students. I would like them to end up leaving with
a powerful determination to keep progressing.
