2.3 Licensing
The VisionHub system is license-protected. You need to purchase proper licenses for servers and for concurrent
connections. See the Qognify Price List for details. Once you purchase and receive licenses, read carefully and carry out
the procedures explained in the Licensing Quick Start Guide.
You must activate licenses before you begin working with Mobile Viewer PC Client, otherwise an error message opens.
NOTE: It is important to log out from the application when exiting. Otherwise, the concurrent user license
will still be locked for the next 20 minutes (the length of the session). The number of available and used
licenses can be seen in the Video Configurator application, License Status Report window.

switch from the Nona layout to the single layout, the active video output continues displaying in a single layout. To make
a video output active, click on it before switching layouts.
NOTE: All video layouts enable displaying video in full screen. To switch to the full screen view, select the
required output and double-click on it or click . Press the ESC key to exit full screen view.
Select the relevant channel and click Live from the toolbar.

If after selecting a channel, a message states that there is no live video, confirm the message and switch
to Playback mode to continue.
4. Video channels corresponding to the selected search criteria open in a tree structure.
