CHAPTER 1 About This Guide


This document describes how to use VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client. The information and procedures described in
this document are for use by qualified VisionHub control room operators.

All VisionHub documents are available on the The Q (the Qognify Partner Portal).

1.1 System Requirements


The hardware and software equipment requirements for VisionHub are described in the VisionHub System
Requirements document. All hardware and integrated third-party systems must be fully assembled and in place.

CHAPTER 2 Mobile Viewer PC Client Overview


VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client is a part of VisionHub Control Room application suite for use on workstations. The
application suite presents a flexible and easy to use solution for remote access (outside the company intranet) to
protected video streams received from the input channels connected to Recorders in the VisionHub system.

With VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client, users can play the available video in real-time or view the pre-recorded video
tracks. For better usability, the application enables different video layouts: single, quad, and full-screen views. PTZ
preset option is also supported and allows controlling PTZ cameras when viewing live video.

The VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client application allows users to access and play back video on various workstations
using standard internet browsers and players.

2.1 Supported Devices and Platforms on Client Machines


The VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client application is supported by the following mobile devices and platforms:

Mobile Devices:
iPad devices
iPhone devices (3G and later)
Android devices (version 2.x and later)

NOTE: For the mobile devices listed above, their own built-in browsers and players will be used for video
playback.

Platforms:
Microsoft Windows:

Players and browsers:
Adobe Flash Player – version 10 and later
Microsoft Internet Explorer – version 11
Google Chrome – version 16 and later

2.2 Supported Languages


The VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client user interface is available in the following languages: English, French, German,
Japanese, Russian, Spanish

To set the user interface language:


1. In Control Panel > Regional and Language Options , set the language for the user interface.
2. In Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > General > Languages , add the language for the user
interface and move it to the top of the list.

2.3 Licensing
The VisionHub system is license-protected. You need to purchase proper licenses for servers and for concurrent
connections. See the Qognify Price List for details. Once you purchase and receive licenses, read carefully and carry out
the procedures explained in the Licensing Quick Start Guide.

You must activate licenses before you begin working with Mobile Viewer PC Client, otherwise an error message opens.

NOTE: It is important to log out from the application when exiting. Otherwise, the concurrent user license
will still be locked for the next 20 minutes (the length of the session). The number of available and used
licenses can be seen in the Video Configurator application, License Status Report window.

2.4 Limitations
VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client does not support:

1. Live/Playback of audio sensors.


2. Metadata - Thus, such features as OSD for video analytics, video masking, VMD, Intrusion Detection, and other
video analytics applications are not compatible with Mobile Viewer PC Client.
3. Viewing and managing incidents.

Only registered users can launch and access the password-protected, Mobile Viewer PC Client and its video resources.
All system users must be registered for a private account, identified by a unique combination of username and
password, for user authentication. User accounts also define the permissions for video channels and application
settings.

User accounts and permissions are defined by the system administrator in the VisionHub Administrator application.

To launch the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client:


1. Open a web browser on your computer.

NOTE: Verify that the web browser is included in the list of supported browsers. See Supported
Devices and Platforms on Client Machines on page 6 for more information.

2. In the address bar of the selected browser, enter the following URL: http://<Web Server IP
Address>/MobileViewer. The Login page opens.

TIP: The Remember User Name and Password option does not open if it is disabled by the
system administrator in the system settings.

3. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields (default username/ password is admin/ admin), and
click Login.
The VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window opens with a list of available video channels. A single
layout is displayed by default.

3.2 Administrator First Time Login


You must activate licenses before working with Mobile Viewer PC Client. Otherwise, the login request is denied and an
error message notifies you that you do not have a valid license. See Licensing on page 7 for more information.

To log in the first time:


1. Upon first time login, the Video System Access Service Address window opens.

2. In the Video System Access Service Address window:

Specify the Video System Access Service Address (the VisionHub Web Server IP address) in the first field
box.
Specify the network port in the second field box. The port value depends on whether the VisionHub Web Server is
installed as <http> or <https>.

Type 80 if VisionHub Web Server is installed as <http://webserverIP>.


Type 443 if VisionHub Web Server is installed as <https://webserverIP>.
The administrator is prompted to log in using the provided login/password information. All future
authentication requests are validated against the configured Video System Access Service.

CHAPTER 4 Working with Video Channels


Once you are logged in to the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client, a list of authorized video channels opens. The
channels are presented as a tree in the left pane of the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window. Any groups
configured in the VisionHub Administrator application are displayed first in the tree hierarchy, followed by channels
outside of the preconfigured groups.

In the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client, you can do the following operations:

Select a video channel for viewing.


Search for a video channel by its name or alias.
Replace a selected video channel.

4.1 Switching between Video Layouts


The VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client supports single, quad, and 3x3 video layouts. The single video layout displays
one video channel at a time and is the default layout. The quad video layout displays up to four video channels in one
window. The Nona 3x3 layout displays up to nine video channels in one window.

To switch between video layouts:


In the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window, do one of the following:

Click to switch to the single video layout.

Click to switch to the quad video layout (PC browsers only).

Click to switch to the 3x3 video layout (PC browsers only).

When you switch a layout, the active output video streams continue displaying. For example, if you switch from a single
to quad layout, the active output video stream in the single layout continues displaying on the first of two outputs. If you
switch from the Nona layout to the single layout, the active video output continues displaying in a single layout. To make
a video output active, click on it before switching layouts.

NOTE: All video layouts enable displaying video in full screen. To switch to the full screen view, select the
required output and double-click on it or click . Press the ESC key to exit full screen view.

4.2 Monitoring a Video Channel


Monitor a video channel in single video layout mode or quad layout mode. Hover the mouse over the channel name in an
active output window to display the full channel name.

To monitor a video channel in single video layout:


1. In the left pane of the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window, expand the video channels tree.
2. Navigate through the tree to locate the video channel you want to monitor.
3. Do one of the following:

Select the relevant channel and click Live from the toolbar.
Double-click the relevant channel.
Drag a channel from the video channels tree to the active output.

Right-click the relevant channel and select Live from the right-click menu.
The video opens in the active output.

NOTE: To view the selected channel in playback mode, refer to Switching between Live and Playback
Modes on page 18.

To monitor a video channel in quad video layout (PC browsers only):

1. Click to switch to the quad video layout.

By default, the first output is active. (The turquoise frame around the output indicates it is active.)

2. Navigate through the tree to locate the relevant video channel.


3. Do one of the following:

Select the relevant channel and click Live from the toolbar.
Right-click on the relevant channel and select Playback from the right-click menu.
Double-click the relevant channel.
Drag a channel from the video channels tree to an output window in the quad layout. The window does not
need to be active.

The video opens in the active output.

4. To select additional output, click on a header of one of the quadrants (not in the window). Ensure that the quadrant
selected becomes active.
5. Navigate through the tree to locate a video channel.
6. Select the relevant channel. The video opens in the active output.

4.3 Playing Back a Video Channel


Play back a video channel in single video layout or quad layout mode. Hover the mouse over the channel name in an
active output window to display the full channel name.

To play back a video channel:

1. Select a video channel and click Playback . The Playback Period panel opens. This is a floating
panel that can be moved on the screen.

2. In the Playback Period panel, in the From field, select the playback start date, and enter the playback start time
(hh:mm:ss).

3. In the To field, select the playback end date, and enter the playback end time (hh:mm:ss).
4. Click Play . The pre-recorded video for the selected time period plays. The time shown when clicking and holding
the mouse on the Seek bar is the actual time the video was recorded.

TIP: You can play back previously recorded video even if the channel is not currently streaming live video.
If after selecting a channel, a message states that there is no live video, confirm the message and switch
to Playback mode to continue.

4.4 Searching for a Video Channel


To search for a video channel:
1. In the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window, locate the Search box.
2. In the Search box, enter one of the following:
Video channel name or its part
Video channel alias (shortcut) or its part

3. Click the search button .

4. Video channels corresponding to the selected search criteria open in a tree structure.

To replace the selected video channel:
1. Select the output where you want to replace a video channel.
2. From the tree, double-click the relevant channel or drag a channel from the video channels tree to an output
window.
The video channel is replaced.

4.6 Instant Playback


You can play back video of previous minutes by a one-click operation.

To play an instant playback:


1. Select the necessary channel.

2. Right-click on the channel, and from the menu, select Instant Playback .

You can configure Instant Playback Duration in the User Settings page. The default time is 3 minutes.

4.7 Switching between Live and Playback Modes


The VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client supports Live and Playback streaming modes. Playback mode requires that
you specify the time interval for which you want to view the pre-recorded video. The icon beside the channel name
indicates if it is playing in Live or Playback mode.

To switch between Live and Playback modes:


To switch between Live and Playback modes of the same channel, click the relevant button on the toolbar. To
change the channel as well, first select the channel, then its stream mode.

To switch to Playback mode while monitoring a live channel, click Playback . Continue as
described in, Playing Back a Video Channel on page 15.

To switch to Live mode during playback, click Live .

4.8 Working with PTZ Cameras


The VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client enables you to move a PTZ camera using the PTZ controls or to select the PTZ
preset position. User must have the required permissions and the camera must have corresponding PTZ capabilities. In

the video channels tree, indicates which cameras support PTZ.

Using the PTZ feature, you can change the camera’s angle and view from your workstation or jump to a preset while
monitoring video output. Note, there may be a few seconds delay after each operation.

You can control a PTZ camera from the PTZ Control Panel , or by clicking in the active output.

NOTE: You are unable to open the PTZ Control Panel page if a fixed video camera (that does not
support PTZ functions) has been selected, if you do not have appropriate permissions for accessing the
PTZ presets, or if there are no presets defined for the selected PTZ camera.

To control a PTZ camera from the PTZ Control Panel:


1. In the video channels tree, select a PTZ video channel.

2. In the right pane, click the PTZ Control Panel button . The PTZ Control Panel opens.

Speed: Move the slider to the right or left to increase or decrease the speed of camera movements.
Pan/Tilt/Zoom : Use the left/ right arrows to pan the camera, the up/ down arrows to tilt the camera, and
the corner arrows to pan and tilt the camera at the same time.

Focus : Use the Focus buttons to change the camera's focus.


Iris : Use the Iris buttons to open + or close - the camera’s iris to increase or reduce the amount of light.
Presets : Select a PTZ preset from the list. The PTZ camera moves to this preset position.

To control a PTZ camera in the active output:


In the video channels tree, select a PTZ video channel. A red + opens at the center of the active output.

Pan and/ or tilt: Click and hold down the mouse button to the left or right of the + to pan the camera, and above
or below the + to tilt the camera. Click and hold down the mouse button towards the corners of the screen to pan
and tilt the camera at the same time. The further away from the center + you click, the faster the camera moves.
The longer you hold the mouse button, the further the camera moves.

Zoom in: Click the button on the toolbar. The longer you hold the mouse button, the more the camera zooms
in. Due to delays in response time, we recommend that you click the button multiple times to zoom in, rather than
hold the mouse button down.

Zoom out: Click the button on the toolbar. The longer you hold the mouse button, the more the camera
zooms out. Due to delays in response time, we recommend that you click the button multiple times to zoom out,
rather than hold the mouse button down.

VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client supports a Seek bar for use when viewing video playback as well as an option of
exporting video for playback on different machines.

5.1 Using Seek Bar


This option is available in the Playback mode only. Use the Seek bar to jump to a specific moment in the video. In the
Live mode, the Seek bar is disabled.

To use the Seek bar:


On the bottom of the playback screen, click the Seek bar and drag it to the left or right. The time shown when clicking
and holding the mouse on the Seek bar is the actual time of the recorded video.

NOTE: Seek is not supported on a mobile or tablet browser.

5.2 Exporting Video


Exporting files enables playing back recordings on other machines as needed, such as using them as evidence in court.
Files can be exported to the NVF or AVI format and saved externally. An export wizard exports each channel to a
separate file.

To export web streams:

1. On the toolbar, click Export to save the file(s) to the NVF or AVI formats locally on your PC. The same
procedure applies regardless of your current layout or playing mode.
2. From the tree, double-click the relevant channel or drag a channel from the video channels tree to an output
window. The Export Setup window opens.

3. Define the file's Video format (NVF or AVI).


4. Define the times for the exported session.

5. Click Start. The system starts downloading the stream from the Recorder to the web server.

See the State of the progress. Once completed, the State changes from In Progress to Completed.

(Optional) Click to see the progress of the exporting.

(Optional) Click to stop the download. Once cancelled, the state changes from In Progress to
Cancelled.

(Optional) Click to delete the channel from the download list, and confirm that you want to delete it.

6. Once completed, click to save the file from the web server to any location. The File Download window opens.

7. In the File Download window, click Save.


You can double-click the saved file and play it on your workstation or copy it to a different location.

NOTE: Export is not available on mobile or tablet browsers.

5.3 Sending Video Layout to Another User


VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client enables you to save a current layout to the URI and send it to another user. This file
format allows a second user to receive a layout identical to the first user's layout.

To send a video layout to another user:


1. Select the layout.
2. Select the channels you want to play back.

3. Click on the button. The Build URI dialog box opens.

4. To send it to another user, copy the URL address to the email or any other application/ document, and send it.
The recipient user opens the URL and sees the video channels on the exact output and from the exact time as the
first user configured.

5. Click Close to exit.

NOTE: Sending video layout to another user is not available on mobile browsers.

You can configure settings for individual users through the Device Streaming Definition options and General
Definition options. Parameters within each category are listed below.
By default, the user settings are auto-detected by the Mobile Viewer PC Client server. They can be manually changed by
the user if required. User settings are stored as cookies on the user’s workstation.

To configure the user settings:

1. In the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window, click Settings

The User Settings page opens.

2. In the User Settings page, specify the following parameters:

Device Streaming Definitions :


Streaming Transport Method - The protocol to use for streaming video.
Compression - Select the compression to apply when playing video in either live or playback mode.

Display Resolution - Select the display resolution (the number of pixels in each dimension) to apply
when playing video in either live or playback mode.

Frame Rate - Select the frame rate (the frequency of frames) to apply when playing video in either live or
playback mode.

General Definitions Group:


Show/Hide Camera Alias - Select to show or hide the camera alias in the video channels tree.
Bandwidth - Select a bandwidth limit to the sum of video channels simultaneously transmitted from the
VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client server (defined per user). The available bandwidth limitation options
are:
(The number of Kbps/ Mbps listed is the upper bandwidth limit for each option)

Unlimited: No limitation to the resulting stream.

3. Click Save. The new user settings are saved.

VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client enables you to configure settings for individual servers. Single Sign-On options are
described below. See VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client Installation Guide, First-Time Login and Configuration for
additional server settings.

7.1 Single Sign-On Using Windows Authentication


Single sign-on (SSO) enables you to access Mobile Viewer PC Client without re-entering your credentials, as these are
taken from the Windows login. You can enable SSO in the Server Settings page. The requirements are:

All servers’ clocks are synchronized to the same date and time.
The user workstation, web server, and Video Application Server are in the same domain.
The user is added to the database using Windows Active Directory via the Administrator application.
The workstation is Windows-based.
SSO is enabled during the VisionHub Installation. See the VisionHub Installation Guide for more details.
Pop-up windows are disabled in your browser. See your browser documentation for more information.

When SSO is activated, you can log in to Mobile Viewer PC Client upon Windows login without entering your user name
and password. If you log out of Windows, you are redirected to the Mobile Viewer PC Client login page where you need
to enter a user name and password as any user in the VisionHub system without SSO enabled.

To enable single sign-on using Windows authentication:

1. In the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window, click Settings . The User Settings page opens.

2. In the User Settings page, click the Server Settings link. The Server Settings window opens.
3. Under Web Application Settings > Single Sign-On (SSO), select Windows auth.

4. Select Web Server IIS Manager > Sites > Mobile Viewer > WA.

Verify the following settings:

Anonymous Authentication is Disabled


Windows Authentication is Enabled
Under Windows Authentication > Advanced Settings , verify that Extended Protection is set to
Accept.

7.2 Single Sign-On Using CA SiteMinder


Single Sign-on using CA SiteMinder is available on a project basis only.

Single sign-on (SSO) enables you to access Mobile Viewer PC Client without re-entering your credentials, as these are
taken from SiteMinder. You can enable SSO in the Server Settings window. The requirements are:

SiteMinder is configured to work with Mobile Viewer PC Client.


The user name exists in the VisionHub database.
In SiteMinder, the header structure for all requests sent to Mobile Viewer PC Client is configured as follows:

SM_USER: Must include the user name.


SM_SDOMAIN: Must include the domain.

To enable single sign-on using SiteMinder:

1. In the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window, click Settings . The User Settings page opens.

2. In the User Settings page, click the Server Settings link. The Server Settings window opens.
3. Under Web Application Settings > Single Sign-On (SSO), select Site-Minder auth from the drop-down
list.

7.3 Running a Health Check


Health check, by default, checks the status of each component of the Mobile Viewer PC Client system every 30
seconds. You can change the default delay, disable the health check, or change the maximum number of health check
records to save in the Server Settings.

To view the health check status:

1. In the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window, click Health Check . The Health Check
page opens.

2. Check the Status of each component.

3. Click to expand all components and to see additional information about the channels, including play mode,
resolution, and others.

4. Click Refresh to run a health check on each component immediately.


5. Click Back to return to the VisionHub Mobile Viewer PC Client main window.
6. Click Imprint to save the file to the text file format.

Terms specific to VisionHub are listed below.

Term VisionHub Meaning

Automatic Actions Actions that are triggered automatically by predefined activation rules when handling an
incident.

For example, when a sensor goes into alarm, the action "Open new incident" might be
triggered.

Acknowledge Accepting incident-handling ownership. A user that acknowledges an incident becomes


the assignee.

Active slot The selected slot/video viewer is the one with a turquoise border around.

Administrative user A VisionHub user with the authorization to customize Control including the following:

Configure security settings such as user authentication and


authorization
Add Control users and External ACS users
Schedule tasks
Configure event sounds
Add and manage entities, such as sensors and virtual tours
(tours)
Define and manage maps, map layers, and map entities
Discover and manage gateways
Define rules
Adding and managing
external monitors and video walls

Arm Processes alarms and failure alarms for selected sensors or all sensors in a group.

Assignee The user who is responsible for handling the incident.

Bypass Ignores all activity (sensor is still armed but does not go into alarm or trigger actions
upon activity).

Term VisionHub Meaning

Camera Also referred to as video or/and audio channel that streams media from the field of view
where it is installed to the recording device or to workstations.

Collaboration Data The assignee and set of stakeholders are referred to as the Collaboration Data for the
incident. See Assignee and Stakeholder.

Collaborator Users and job titles that can perform tasks that are especially assigned to them but are
not responsible for handling the incident. The receive notifications relevant to the
incident so they are kept abreast of related developments and disposition.

Control room The physical control room where operators work with desktop computers (each running
the Control application) and external video monitors that display video.

Decoder (also referred A device that is connected to the network. A decoder receives digital video streams and
to as video switch) converts them back to an uncompressed analog signal. This signal can be displayed on
a standalone monitor or on a video wall (VMX). The monitor can be HDMI, DVI, VGA or
a composite analog monitor.

Direct PTZ Direct PTZ devices allow PTZ operations to be sent directly from the application/player
to the camera/recorder.

Disarm Disables any rules or automatic actions for selected sensors or all sensors in the group
but still processes alarms and failure alarms.

Entity A physical or a logical entity in the system, including video channel, audio channel,
mixed channel, map, sensor, and tour. All entities together are called system content.

Event Events are triggered by sensors. An event notifies that something happened to a sensor.
Events are written to a log and can be investigated at any time.

External User Access Control System (ACS) user from an external ACS.

Gateway A software component that interacts with a third-party external device and interfaces
between the functionalities provided by the external device and Situator core
components. The third-party devices are represented in VisionHub as sensors. The
Gateways are vendor agnostic, supporting any third-party system using APIs.

Incident An event that requires an operator response in Control such as a fire, accident, or
security threat. Whether automatically triggered by sensors or manually created,
incidents display in the incidents Pane list.

Incident Type Refers to the category assigned to the incident such as Fire, Leak, Evacuation, and
Perimeter Intrusion.

Job Title Job titles of individuals who take an active part in the organization’s routine and
emergency operations.

Examples: CSO, Security Operation Manager, Patrol Officer

Keywords User-defined terms related to incident types that are used in runtime to recommend
incident procedures to an operator. When a new incident is opened, the defined
keywords appear as a tooltip recommending relevant procedures.

Layout The layout defines the number, size, and position of the content "slots" in the window.
You can select from predefined layouts and define a custom layout.

Marker A map icon that marks a location on a map and can be linked to other maps, used to
quick launch an action or linked to sensors to indicate when the sensor is in a state of
alarm.

Map Entity Icons placed on maps to represent and manage items such as camera/sensors,
vehicles, assets, and users.

Module A module within Control's Administration view.

Examples: Users Administration, Security Roles, Rules, etc.

Monitor A screen used to watch live video or video recordings.

Monitoring activity A process of viewing live video and analyzing it, watching playbacks from specific time,
and performing various other operations using Player.

Page A Control page is defined by its content and layout. Layout defines the number and
position of slots. Content includes such as the maps, channels, tours and sensors
populating the layout. You may open any number of pages, and each page remembers
its specific content and layout.

Pan Move a camera or map vertically or horizontally. Panning a camera would be to move it
left, right, up or down. To pan a map (or pan across a map) would be to move the area of
view up, down, left or right.

Pop-up Notification A box that pops up on the screen when an incident is opened, incident severity level is
raised, an incident is escalated, or a system error is reported.

Procedure A list of tasks to be executed and managed during an incident.

Quick Launch button A single-click button that triggers an incident with predefined actions when responding to
emergency situations.

Rule A rule-based engine for defining activation rules that need to be executed when events
take place.

Security Role Each VisionHub user is assigned a security role, or "role", which determines that user’s
access to various VisionHub functionalities, and an authentication policy, which
determines that user's login permissions. Examples of roles include: operators, building
managers and patrol officers.

Sensor An entity type in VisionHub that represents a third-party edge device such as ACS
reader, camera, decoder, panic button, etc.

Site In a multiple-hierarchy installation, a site is a single facility within an organization


managed by VisionHubAMS.

Skills Skill set necessary for users assigned to specific job titles.

Slot Video slot -a single viewing pane in the content layout, in which can be displayed a map,
video, tour, or sensor. You can configure the number and layout of the slots as well.

Stakeholder A user or job title that shares the same authorities to work on an incident as the
assignee. However, the assignee is responsible for the incident while the stakeholder
participates in incident handling.

Streaming Stream refers to on-demand video or audio transmission over a data network. In the
Video Configurator, the monitoring and playback stream types are configured.
Depending on the specific network type, you may want to change the preconfigured
streaming settings. In the Control application, you can override the default monitoring
stream that was configured in Video Configurator.

Task An item to be performed as part of a procedure during the handling of an incident.

Tooltip A pop-up window containing additional options or information that appears when the
mouse is positioned over a link.

Tour (virtual tour) An automatic sequence of camera inputs that is displayed in a single slot according to
their dwell time and presets. Dwell time is the amount of time video is displayed before it
is replaced by another video segment.

Trigger An event that activates rule-based actions.

Video wall (VMX) A wall with external monitors that display video; A logical entity for easy visual
representation in Video Configurator application of an actual video wall/Control Room.

VisionHub User An individual who belongs to the security operation and participates in incident handling,
receiving incident tasks or notifications.

Virtual tour see Tour

Workspace A personalized multi-monitor working environment comprised of a user-defined main


window and children windows layout options. You can open a maximum of five child
windows and drag them to different monitors. Both the main window and children
windows can be configured to display its own content pages and search queries,
including ACS, events, Suspect Search, sensors, and VMX, in its own layout. For
example, an operator may want to display channels, maps and the incidents list on one
monitor while displaying ACS on a second monitor and an events query on a third
monitor. Users can save their customized workspace and easily re-open the saved
workspace with its layout configuration, content and search queries.
