Alumni Questionnaire

Start of Block: Default Question Block

Opening
The College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity (the new
home of the former Department of Information Science and the Master of Science in Information
Science (M.S.I.S.) Program) at the University at Albany is conducting a survey of its alumni,
specifically those who have completed the M.S.I.S. program, about their impressions of the
programs, curriculum, and facilities.

This survey was last conducted in Fall 2017. Some of you may have completed this
questionnaire. We ask that you please take a few minutes from your busy schedule and
complete this questionnaire for the current year, by January 31st. Your responses are very
important and they will be used for evaluation and future planning in order to improve the
experiences of current and future students.

This questionnaire is anonymous and no personal information will be collected. To ensure

anonymity, avoid including any personal information when replying to open-ended questions.

There is an optional question at the end of the survey to sign up for an alumni listserv. We have
asked for your email address and will only communicate with you regarding M.S.I.S news and
events. Your email will not be distributed or used in any other way.

Thank you very much for your participation.
