    TBM Software Social Media Contract

    1. Parties:

    This Social Media Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [2024-04-29] by and between:

    The Brand Makerz, a company organized and existing under the laws of [Arab Rebublic
    of Egypt ], with its principal place of business at 120 Thawra Street , Helipolis – Cairo

    and

    Andrew Company , a company organized and existing under the laws of USA.

    The Agency agrees to provide social media branding services for the Client as follows:

    • Branding service including but not limited to strategy development, content


    creation, and graphic design, for a one-time fee of $500 USD.
    • Egypt marketing services through Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, for a
    monthly fee of $700 USD.
    • US marketing services through the same platforms, for a monthly fee of $700
    USD.
    • Combined Egypt and US marketing services through the same platforms, for a
    monthly fee of $1200 USD.
    2. Terms of Service:

    2.1 The Agency agrees to provide the services mentioned in section 1 with reasonable
    care and skill, adhering to industry standards.

    2.2 The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required
    by the Agency to carry out the services effectively.

    2.3 The Client understands that social media platforms may have their own terms and
    conditions which both parties must adhere to.

    3. Payment Terms:

    3.1 The Client agrees to pay the Agency the one-time branding fee of $500 USD upon
    signing this Agreement.

    3.2 For monthly services, the Client agrees to pay the Agency the agreed-upon monthly
    fee within 5 business days of receiving an invoice.

    3.3 Late payments may incur penalties at the discretion of the Agency.

    4. Duration of Agreement:

    4.1 This Agreement shall commence on [2024-05-01] and shall continue on a month-to-
    month basis until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.

    5. Termination:

    5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice.

    5.2 In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to
    the termination date.

    6. Confidentiality:

    6.1 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive
    information shared during the course of this Agreement.
    General Provisions:

    1. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance


    with the laws of [Arab Rebublic of Egypt].
    2. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the
    parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and
    contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Contract as of the Effective
    Date.
