How to use Order

Up
Log in
• When you click on the link it
will lead you to login in with
you LDAP and password.

the order in home and

• If customer forgot to add apartment number, or delivery
Update delivery address (minor details and the order is not out for delivery yet, you can add
details to the address by clicking on edit and add the
change) information under street address, click on continue to
options save changes.

after clicking on continue it should
lead you to update delivery
options. If it was successfully
changed a blue banner will

When to use?
• Customer calls saying he is off for vacations and won't be home for a
week more.
• Customer doesn't have enough space to receive items and will make
some room and needs time.
• Will not be home and wants to receive delivery.
• There won't be any 18-year-old or older at cx house

show a blue banner indicating it was updated successfully.

Important when Complete: the customer has not received the

changing
order, but it shows as complete you can't make
changes to it and a call to the store is needed.

• If a customer is not going to be

delivery, click on edit delivery

• Click on edit pickup

How to use ESVS
Log in
• Remember ESVS can only be used on internet explorer.
• 1. Enter store # (it will always be the store who will fulfill the order).
• 2. Log in with your credentials (LDAP and Password).

Search for an order
• Make sure to click where on Search order/Quote to open the order

• It will automatically add the store number as special order, delete the
characters and enter the order number. and click on search.

• BODFS and BOPIS markdowns are processed the same way for each
individual item.
• 1. Search for the order#.
• 2. Click Mkdn on the item line that needs to be markdown.

• 4. Markdown type (% off, Dollar off, new selling price).
• 5. Value of the discount and reason.
