1. Position
1.1. In addition to your usual duties, you will also perform observe and conform to such
directions and instructions assigned or communicated to you by the Company. As a member
of an organization that practices flexibility and continuous improvement in work processes
and practices, the Company may from time to time change your duties and responsibilities
at its sole discretion.
2.2 Working Hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm. It may be extended if the company will require.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to transfer you at any time to any other location in
India, or to a branch office, subsidiary, affiliated company, department or establishment of
the Company, whether in existence on the date of this letter or established or acquired later
provided that the terms and conditions of your employment set forth herein are not
adversely affected by such transfer.
2.4 If any case you want to resign your job in any situation you must to be serve a notice
period of 30days.your salary will be credited after 45days which will be included your notice
period of time. In the terms of Full and Final settlement .If you failed to serve the notice
period you have to pay Rs .10000/- to the company.
2.5 If your performance is not being up to the mark company will take an action against you
by issuing the Memo.
3. Compensation and Benefits
3.1. Your CTC will be Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees THREE LAKHS Only) annualised, payable in
accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practice and subject to applicable
withholding taxes.
After completion of 6months service in the organisation, you will be applicable for health
insurance scheme.
FINFREE ENTERPRISES brings the benefit of health insurance cover to you and
your dependants under the company's Health Insurance Scheme(HIS).
1. BasicCover
i. Entitlement -Basic hospitalization expenses up to 2,00,000/- per insured
person per annum.
Premium - Basic premium for self, spouse and two children is entirely borne by FFE,
provided these members are explicitly enrolled by you under the scheme. Additionally, if
you wish to cover dependent parents/parents-in-law or remaining children, the applicable
premium per insured person is to be borne by you
Confidentiality Agreement.
As part of your acceptance of this appointment as an employee with FINFREE ENTERPRISES
you are required to maintain strict confidentiality of the intellectual property rights
protected information and other business information of FFE and its clients which may be
revealed to you by FFE or which may in the course of your engagement with FFE come your
possession or knowledge unless specifically authorized to do so in writing by FFE. This
Confidentiality Clause shall survive the termination or earlier determination of this
Appointment. The detailed Confidentiality related terms and conditions are The Data
shouldnot be Mis used & The data should not be passed to any other client or any other
person. If you failed to maintain such kind of things the company should take a legal
action against you.
Submission of Documents.
At the time of your joining, photocopy of the following documents should be submitted.
If you were employed, a formal release letter from your previous employer
