AS ANNUAL

Annual Survey now satisfactorily carried out. Relevant checklist completed in all respects and retained into local file. Certificate of Class endorsed accordingly.

HRPS1 HULL REPAIRS ON FORECAST. DECK

The affected below listed sections along with associated shell plate, deck plate, stiffeners were partially cropped and renewed as per the approved construction
drawings and dealt with as necessary by using certified steel plates, approved welding procedures, qualified welders and approved consumables.
Subsequent to repair, the new steel plantings and welding were visually examined, UT and Vacuum tested as applicable and considered satisfactory.

-Forecastle Deck Plate Fr.209-Fr.216 Port Side together whit attached stiffeners and brackets,

Upon satisfactory survey CoC-H-001 has been closed,

HULL2 Re-Issuance of Class Certificate

The Interim IHM certificate re-issued at this time due to vessel owner and management company change, the full term IHM certificate to be issued by Panama Flag.

The report marked for vetting in order to remove the only "+" notation from descriptive note SHIPRIGHT (IHM-EU+) and class certificate has been re-issued without
"+" at this time.
Additionally, full term IHM certificate to be issued by Panama without annual endorsement (Renewal IHM survey cycle should remain on the class status)

RTP RADIOTEL. PERIODICAL

Safety Radio Periodical survey was completed satisfactorily. The GMDSS survey check list, inspection reports of AIS & SSAS, EPIRB and Radar Transponders filled by
approved service supplier were reviewed, endorsed and left onboard.

MOA MARPOL I (OIL) ANNUAL

Upon owner request modification has been carried out. PV Breaker line has been extended 200 mm, therefore pressure has been increase form 2100 Pa to 2300 Pa.

POLM1 Re-issuance of IOPP Certificate & Form B

Upon owner's request STS and SMPEP has been re-approved by LR and related section of the From B has been amended and IOPP Certificate & Form B have been
re-issued.

MAA MARPOL VI (AIR) ANNUAL

The vessel's EEXI Technical File has been examined and related Actionable items (EEX & ETI) closed by the attending surveyor on 10 July 2023 with MAST Report No.
2206689

MAM1 Re-issuance of IAPP Certificate & Supplement

VOC manual detail at the IAPP Records has been amended and IAPP Certificate and its Supplement have been re-issued.

BWA BALLAST WATER ANNUAL

BWM Annual Survey has been carried out satisfactorily and Panama Flag issued related BWM certificate 1st annual section has been endorsed accordingly on behalf
of the Flag Administration.

HMNM1 RE-ISSUANCE OF INTERIM IHM CERTIFCATE

The report was marked for vetting due to vessel current flag is PANAMA and IHM certificate issued by flag administration (without annual endorsement) therefore
IHM annual survey cycle is not applicable and which has to be removed from the class status (Renewal IHM survey should remain)

LIFT1 LIFTING APPLIANCES ANNUAL TEST

At the owner's request, thorough examination and annual tests of the below listed cranes were carried out satisfactorily at this time.

- One (1) Provision Crane, located on 2nd House Deck starboard side at Frame No.58 & SWL 1.5 MT
- One (1) Engine Room Overhead Crane, located above Main Engine & SWL 3.0 MT
- One (1) Monorail Trolley Crane, located on Main Deck port side at Frame No.54 & SWL 3.0 MT

CONTINUED SATISFACTORY REMAIN EFFICIENT IN MEAN TIME AND NO FURTHER ACTION CONSIDERED NECESSARY AT THIS TIME;

1. FORWARD SHELL PLATING IN WAY OF PORT SIDE FORE BULLWARK BETWEEN FR NO. 210- 219 PORT SIDE APPROXIMATELY 12000X750X10.5 mm.
2. FORE BULLWARK BETWEEN FR NO. 210-219 PORT SIDE 2 PIECES APPROXIMATELY 12000 mm 200 HP
3. FORE BULLWARK FR NO. 211 AND 216 WEB FRAMES ON PORT SIDE.
4. FORECASTLE DECK PLATE BETWEEN FR. NO 210-219 PORT SIDE 2170X2950X14mm, 1000X950X14 mm, 1050X700X14 mm PLATES.
5. BOSUN STORE PORT SIDE BETWEEN FR. 211-216 5 PIECES 160X 700 mm LONGITUDINAL STIFFENERS.
6. BOSUN STORE PORT SIDE FR NO.211 AND 216 2 PIECES 350X400X10 mm BRACKEST.

MENTIONED ITEMS REPAIRS ARE SUBJECT TO NEXT ATTANDENCE SURVEYORS SATISFACTORY.
