for Room Accommodation & Meeting. With your specific requirement in mind, it is our pleasure to submit the
following proposal for your kind consideration.

▪ The rates quoted are especially for this event and are not applicable for any other events or dates.
▪ We would like to highlight that at this point in time, no blocking of rooms, function spaces or services has
been done. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
▪ All rates quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit, inclusive of 10% service charge and 6% Sales and Services Tax (SST)
and non-commissionable. The Government tax shown, is the prevailing rate of service tax on the sale of rooms
and Food & Beverage. Therefore, kindly be advised that the rates shown are subject to change based on the
country's tax laws. The hotel will make every attempt to notify you should there be any official announcement
from the Malaysia Government.
▪ Please be informed that with effect from 1 July 2017, the Malaysian national government has imposed a
National Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night for all foreign passport holders. This is an additional tax
to the current 10% service charge, 6% % Sales and Services tax (SST) and Local Government Fee of RM3.00
per room per night that is levied onto guests’ daily bill at the resort.
▪ We are pleased to inform you that we have been certified "HALAL" for all menus served in Banquet and
Cinnamon Asian Kitchen.
▪ Should the group intend to hire any third-party service providers when the group is in-house, this information
must be relayed to the hotel during the negotiation period. Prior approval must be obtained from the hotel
first or the hotel has the right to refuse entry of any third-party service providers within the hotel's premises
(including the ground and gardens).
