Job Description

Examines product quality and filters defects or deviations from receiving of raw materials
to FG warehouse.
- Read and understand specifications and quality guidelines in accordance with the
standard policy of the company
- Recommend changes in the assembly or process
- Monitor operations to ensure alignment with production standards and processes.
- Inspect, Test, and measures new adaptation for innovation
- Rejects and accepts finalized items
- Measure significant products (raw materials) with calipers, micrometers, Steel Tape,
or any tools that may use as part of the process in the production.
- Discuss inspection outcomes with the responsible team or person
- Remove the products that do not meet the desired specifications and standard.
Report inspection results (FG inspection report etc.) and test data.

Accomplishments

- 80 % coverage of leak testing for pressure tanks (please see leak test report)
- Recommends mass leak testing and executes initiative for the pressure tanks
tools and equipment’s needed for leak testing activity
- 90 % coverage of FG inspection of SS water tanks and other trade items for
delivery
- 90% coverage of Pre-departure Inspection report (PDIC)

- 30 % out 80 % coverage during leak testing were tagged as damage during
leak testing activity (Please see leak test report)
- Revised the FG inspection checklist in accordance with the QA/QC process
(Please see FM-QAC-03-REV01-10172022)
- 80 % coverage for stand fabrication inspection
- Recommends new tools for stand fabrication (PENCIL GRINDER)
- Recommends a 15 mins Toolbox meeting every day for daily setting of works .
