Brief Information of the Seminar Event

This Program is design to be an effective leader; you need to be able to respond to those
challenges with intelligence, strategy, and expertise. Having difficulty responding to
unanticipated challenges, or if simply interested in improving leadership skills, you should
strongly consider enrolling in a leadership training course.

Introduction
Leadership has been called "The ability to get followers." Oneof the deepest cravings of
human nature is the need to feel important, to have a sense of meaning and purpose in life
and work. Leaders are invariably those who can tap into the deeper emotions of others and
get them to rise above and beyond anything they may have accomplished in the past.

6|Page
Objective:

 Developing effective leadership and tools for managing people and their performance
in a complex and changing workplace.
 To consider the principles of leadership and practice the personal skills involved in
effective team leadership.
 Designed for the new manager or high potential management candidate, this program
accelerates the development of your critical leadership skills.
 Participants leave this program with a greater understanding and capability to both
manage and lead, a follow up agenda to ensure behavior change, and a commitment
to continuous learning and improvement
