• I have used Service Now for supporting projects as a ticketing tool which is used to raise a ticket based on
any changes we require or any information to know.
• Tickets will be created either from client end or our internal team members from another competency.
• Tickets will have the high and low priority labels such as P1, P2 etc.
• The production errors are on high priority and test errors are in low priority.
• Once ticket raised under our group either we or anyone from our team has to assign it to them self and
start working on it which is bug fixing.
• Once fixed need to update the notes in it and wait for the client or creator confirmation to close it.

Project Description:

The purpose of this project is to deliver an eCommerce capability into the Orora Beverages website
which represents the Orora Beverage brand in a fresh and friendly manner. The website will be the main
point of information for new and potential customers for the Orora Beverage business. This integration
is part of the eCommerce implementation for the website where the Customer accounts, Contact
points, Products, Price books, Inventory, Entitlements, MOQ’s, MIQ’s, Product Image/Artwork & Orders
are created/updated into Salesforce from QAD & Coldfusion (only for Image Artwork) Systems using the
iPaaS Integration Platform Dell Boomi as the Integration layer.

Roles/ Responsibilities:
 ➢ As an integration developer, I understood the client requirements and designed the interfaces.
➢ Prepared the HRIS process design document as per client requirements.
➢ Developing the integrations which includes processes, maps, connectors and many other
components/steps to transfer the data from one system to other systems by performing required
validations.

Description:

This project has 5 different interfaces integrating with different types of applications.

1. Employee Master Data – SuccessFactors to ADP

2. Leave Application (Waged Employees) – MWP to ADP

3. Leave Application (Salaried Employees) – SuccessFactors to ADP including OTP & OTD data

4. Payslip (Waged & Salaried Employees) - ADP to SuccessFactors

5. Leave Balance (Waged Employees) – ADP to SuccessFactors and MWP

This Interface which will get the Employee Master Data from SuccessFactors and send it to ADP. There is
a Full Run as well as a Delta Run. Once Go-Live, the Delta Run is what will be scheduled to run daily, and
the Full Run will be an Adhoc process. Every day, the Scheduler will query SuccessFactors to see if there
are any PayGroups that are meant to be processed. If there are, then Boomi will get the PayPeriod
Details of the PayGroup and then query SuccessFactors again to get all the relevant Employees. Next,
Boomi will check / remove the Terminated Employees and then proceed to map ADP Files for HRDATA,
ALLOWANCE, BANK, COSTCENTRE & DEDUCTION. Once this is done, Boomi will Encrypt the Files and
send to ADP but at the same time also send .CSV copy (Not Encrypted) of the Files to the Boomi Staging
location.

Project Description:

The purpose of project is to integrate the data from Mail box to QAD. Data will be pulled from Mail box
in various profile formats Excel, PDF and CSV, using cloud integration tool Dell Boomi and send the
files to QAD. We collect the files from Mail box and we need to convert the profile and do a content
matching to validate the documents. If valid files will send to QAD and if Invalid files will send to Disk.
During the execution any document error out those will also be sent to Disk (Common Boomi folder).

Roles/ Responsibilities:

➢ Co-ordination with onsite team to gather the accurate requirements

➢ Configure the database connector using credentials.
➢ Creating the table and rows in database and importing to Boomi.
 ➢ Created iflows which includes the components -Mappings, Process and various other

Project Description:

This interface is also a part of Orora Beverages Group. The source is QAD server and destination
is Trading Partner (EDIFACTS using AS2) also moving the file to TWE directory from QAD. By
using MAP shape, we are matching the data fields with tables (Header, Trailer and Detail) and
sending the data to respective table.

Roles/ Responsibilities:

➢ Collecting the data from QAD and filtering the data by using MAP shape as per destination fields
and stored in TWE directory by using Trading Partner (EDIFACTS using AS2).
➢ Maintaining Work History for all the tickets until it is closed down.
➢ Verifying the missing data from data targets and reloaded them from source system.
➢ Handled the tickets of priority 1, 2 and 3 by following (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures and
never missed the (SLA) Service Level Agreement.
➢ Involved in performing Production Support activities like Ticket Analysis report, Resource
Utilization Report.
➢ Provided high level of customer service to end users, business units and groups.
