extradural haematoma presents early within hours...
before age of 45 more likely...

isn't the last one extradural hematoma? cz it is biconvex in shape whereas subdural hematoma takes the
shape of the contour of brain. i.e inner margin is concave

No. You are right though it does look like extradural but its actually a massive subdural... it is not a classic
biconvex shape as in biconvex shape the convexity is maximum exactly in the middle.... plus history is
more suggestive of subdural also the key provided by UHS says subdural :P
Also i would suggest u too google images for both subdural and extradural to better understand the
difference....
