Abstract

This study was conducted for the period between November 2017 and January 2018. It
presents the individuals who are involved in the environmental tourism at the international,
governmental, civil, development, academic and research institutions, in the West Bank.
This study is aiming at identifying the obstacles and success of enviromental tourism in the
Palestinian community. It uses a triple-resolution questionnaire disruptive, inffective and
supportive element as a mainly research tool. Where as the research methodology is
descriptive and specimen psoriasis.

This study indicates that the environmental tourism in palestinian community is

developmentally feasible and there is a real chance to succed despite of occupation,
obstacles and the modernity of the experience. The existence of Dead sea is one of the
modernity of the reasons that supports the success of environmental tourism as it is
considered to be the lowest point in the world. In addition to the climate diversity and
terrain and the existence of qualified, human and environmental cadres, traditional and
local industries, public practice for supportive tourist types, political will and richness of
having a lot of natural, historical and cultural centers.

As a result, the most remarkable impediments are the occupation's restrictions and its
administrative divisions for palestinian areas. In addition to the weakness of society's
culture, weakness of the legal and administrative environment, weakness of stimulation in
all sectors, weakness of supportive elements that are considered to be the priority by
government, the amount of participation and the condition of natural reserves.

This study recommends that all parties shall support thier initiatives with all methods
because of their national role in installing the palestinian human rights. It also urges to
provide supportive lagal environment especially to damage the environmental tourism with
its programs and form a complementary institutional structure between all sides (official,
private, academic and research) that is responsible for planning, putting strategies to
improve the environmental tourism, developing the instutions, enhancing in culture
through generalizing the success of individuals and institutions carrying out workshops in
tourism sector and informing about tourism places that show feasibility of tourism.
In conclusion, we shall motivate the society, enhance its gains towards environmental
tourism through the encouragement of investments, stimulation of individuals and
institutions who are seeking to work in the field of tourism with tax exemption, soft bank
loans, the implementation of broadcasting programs that talk about the stories of
individuals success the launch of tourist guide and the initiative of the unique
environmental tourism.
