SCRIPT FOR THE OPENING CEREMONY OF KEDAH INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL

EDUCATION CARNIVAL (KIDEC) 2024

DEWAN AL FARABI JPN KEDAH

Assalamualaikum WHB, Good morning Ladies and


gentlemen, welcome to the opening ceremony of Kedah
International Digital Education Carnival 2024.

I would like to invite all the guests to be seated as for


the ceremony will begin shortly.
Also, a gentle reminder for everyone, please make sure
that our handphones are in silent mode.
During the announcement of the arrival of the
Honorable Minister of Education, guests are asked to
stand and remain standing until the national anthem
“Negaraku”, the state anthem, “Allah Selamat Sultan”,
and the recitation of the Rukun Negara pledge were
completed.

Fazlina Sidek, Minister of Education of Malaysia.

For your information, the recitation of the rukunegara
was led by Puan Zaheera Ibrahim, Edufluencer Kedah
from SK Ibrahim SP Kedah. Thank You!

Ladies and gentlemen,


I, Mdm. Rosimah Saad from PPD Padang Terap with
my colleague, Mr. Zamri Abdullah from JPN Kedah will
be the masters of ceremony for our event today.

Welcome to the Opening ceremony of the Kedah


International Digital Education Carnival 2024. The
ceremony also welcome the presence of the
Honorable YB Puan Fazlina Sidek, for her
willingness to grace the opening ceremony shortly.

Before we start our ceremony, I would like to invite Al


Fadhil Ustaz Norizam Bin Saad from SK Suka Menanti
to recite the prayers. Please welcome .

Thank you Ustaz Norizam. It is hoped that our


ceremony will be in His blessing. InsyaAllah..

Now, the welcoming Speech from Yang Berusaha Tuan

Now, we have come to the main event of our ceremony
which is the opening speech from the Honorable/Yang
Berhormat Puan Fadzlina Sidek, Ministery Of Education
Malaysia,
With the greatest pleasure, please welcome!

Thank you for the speech, and YB is requested to


remain on stage, and the ceremony invites Yang
Berusaha Tn Hj Ismail bin Othman, and all the VVIPs to
accompany the Honorable/YB Puan Fadzlina Sidek.
Please welcome.

Ladies and gentlemen,


Now, we move on to the next agenda, the launch
gimmick of KIDEC. The Honorable/YB please proceed
towards the crystal ball and place your hand on it.
A thunderous applause for the Honorable/YB is invited
to sign the card provided and then insert the card into
the designated box.

Another round of thunderous applause!

With the speech and the gimmick launched by our


beloved YB just now, our KIDEC is officially officiated.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Now, it’s time for the prize giving ceremony. Once
again, the ceremony invites the Honorable/YB Puan
Fadzlina Sidek to present the prizes and souvenirs.

The ceremony would like to extend its deepest


appreciation and gratitude for your willingness to grace
the event earlier. Thank you.

We have now come to the end of our ceremony today.

The ceremony extends its appreciation and thanks


once again to the Honorable/YB for attending, and
thanks also to all “parties” responsible for organizing
today’s event.
