CLIMATE CHANGE IS THE WORLD’S BIGGEST PROBLEM.

1. INTRODUCTION:

Climate change is the global variation of the Earth's climate due to natural
causes, but mainly to human action, which results in the burning of fossil fuels,
loss of forests and other produced activities. Precisely in my opinion is to
address climate change is paramount because of the far-reaching
consequences on our health, ability to grow food, housing, safety and work.

2. DETAILS:
I agree with the scientific consensus that human activities, such as rising
temperatures, burning of fossil fuels, thereby, contributing significantly to the
increase in rising temperatures causing an increase in heat-related illnesses and
making working outdoors more difficult. Wildfires occur more easily and spread
more rapidly in warmer environments. These changes not only endanger
vulnerable ecosystems, but also affect human communities, causing economic
losses and displacement.

In my opinion, adopting sustainable practices such as access to clean energy

and clean technologies improves health, especially for women and children.
Low-carbon electrification, walking and cycling, and public transportation
improve air quality, health, and employment opportunities, while promoting
equity. The economic benefits to human health from improved air quality alone
would roughly equal, or perhaps even exceed, the costs of reducing or avoiding
emissions. However, I recognize that some oppose the adaptation of immediate
and drastic measures, causing potential economic problems and the need for a
balanced approach.

I do not agree with the idea that climate change is due to human activities, but
we cannot rule out that a significant part of those changes are also a reflection of
natural variability. Human-induced warming and the associated sea level rise,
most of the warming observed over the past 50 years is likely to have been due
to increases in greenhouse gas concentrations that accurately reflect the current
thinking of the scientific community on this issue.

3. CONCLUSION:
In conclusion, although there may be different perspectives on the severity and
solutions to climate change, it is clear that the action of energy production and
consumption is generating global climate disruption, which will, in turn, cause
serious impacts on both land and socioeconomic systems, leading us to this
global phenomenon and thus presenting significant, increasing and, in many
cases, irreversible effects on economic activities, population and ecosystems.
To safeguard our future, we must recognize the reality of what is happening with
climate change and collaborate in sustainable practices to achieve a healthier
planet.
