FAT Documentation

⚫ Emerson Test team member will have FAT MASTER copy. This will be marked up
with colors during FAT
– Green Highlight – Found OK
– Red – Correction in Document / Actual Hardware Update
⚫ The FAT procedure checklist will be signed by all members of Emerson, KBR,
TUV post completion of test
⚫ The Punch points will be recorded on Emerson’s Deviation Tracking App / Excel
Sheet.
⚫ FAT BASIS documentation will be agreed by all individual teams
