Pump & PDV Fittings Service Kit - P/N 1128323


Use this service kit to replace the pump and PDV fittings on WARNING: Risk of personal injury or equipment damage! Refer to Required Tools:
a ProBlue Flex melter. the safety information provided in the melter manual before servicing - Flat-blade screwdriver - 4mm hex wrench

Kit Contents Replacing Pump & PDV Fittings


WARNING: Risk of electrocution! The manifold heater terminals carry high

• Remove the regulator cover panel assembly (a) - one screw, 4mm hex wrench. • Install and latch the rear panel assembly (c) - four latches, 4mm hex wrench.
• Remove the pump cover panel assembly (b) - two screws, 4mm hex wrench. • Install and latch the front panel assembly (d) - four latches, 4mm hex wrench.

3. (Refer to Figure 2.) Disconnect hoses from fittings at (e), (f), and (g). 8. Connect power to the melter at the local power switch and switch the melter on.
