Abstract:

“MissStayZzz :Attendance Innovation Hub ” is built to manage hostel’s


attendance. The system aims to streamline the attendance tracking process of
hostel residents, making it more convenient and error-free for rector, clerk and
hostel administrator. The Hostel and Outpass Attendance Management System
improves efficiency by eliminating manual attendance tracking, reducing errors,
and enhancing transparency. This system is a valuable tool for modern
educational institutions that aim to provide a seamless and secure experience for
rector, clerk and administrator involved in hostel attendance management.

Hostel and Outpass attendance management with use of android


application to hostel, wardens can streamline their administrative tasks, improve
communication, enhance security, and provide better services to clerk. These
apps contribute to more efficient and organized hostel attendance management
system. The Night Attendance Management System with Outpass integration
offers a holistic approach to night attendance and security management. By
seamlessly combining attendance tracking and Outpass requests within a single
platform, organizations can enhance security, accountability, and efficiency
during late hours. This system minimizes manual errors, facilitates timely
approvals, and ensures a high level of security and compliance in night attendance
and Outpass management processes.
