PROCESS MANAGEMENT

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
 Ensure for on time execution of Statutory activities related to Form 3 & Form 5 Projects
 On time statutory inputs Like Form A, B, C, D and timely remittance related to PF, ESIC, codes wise challans & other statutory
activities for PAN India project site including Medical Insurance. Statutory Return as per the related necessary Act.
 Ensure for the maintaining All Statutory Registers as per CLRA Act & Factory Act and relevant applicable act as per trade and
business of the client, CLRA License’s.
 Coordination with Payroll Accounts Payable Team for proper, on time and accuracy while doing remittance including one-time
yearly Bonus.
 Coordination for CLRA / ISMW / S&E Licenses across all work sites and ensuring the registration and renewal, applicability
within timelines.
 Ensuring Compliance should be completed correctly as per the Min wage of State/Central as per necessary Act.
 Audit related to Compliance, Govt Officials Inspections, assuring for solution related to any grievances & IR issues. Regular in
touch with all sorts of PF Related Queries with PF department and necessary partner compliance.
 Sharing compliance documents to regions and advise on statutory inputs as and when raised.
