I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I will be unable to
attend the Clean up activity scheduled on April 6, 2024 at San Pedro City, Laguna due to
a pre-scheduled therapy session for a hand injury.

As you may be aware, I have been undergoing treatment for a hand injury acquired
on a basketball game during our regional sportsfest last March 25-26, 2024, and the
therapy sessions are an essential part of my recovery process. Unfortunately, the timing of
the Clean up activity coincides with my therapy appointment, and I am unable to reschedule
it.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
