Conditionals

Zero conditional > we use it for general truths


IF + PRESENT SIMPLE, PRESENT SIMPLE
 If it rains, the grass gets wet
 If you mix yellow and blue, you get green
 If you are tired, you go to bed early

First conditional > We use it for possible future situations


IF + PRESENT SIMPLE, WILL/WON’T + INFINITIVE
Examples:
 If you work hard, you will pass your exam
 If we go to the school, we will learn more
 I will buy the new t-shirt, If my mom gives me money
 If he washes his hair, he will smell good

Let’s practice!
Put the verb into the correct first conditional form.
