2. Regular attendance during the face to face (F2F) schedule.
3. Participate in the synchronous and face to face sessions.
4. Submit all requirements (laboratory works/assignment) on time.
5. Do all the quizzes, midterm exam, and final exam.
6. Submit the final requirements (portfolio), i.e. a compilation containing all the homework’s, laboratory plates, seat works if any, quizzes, and exams accomplished within
the semester.

Lecture Class Policies (Residential Class):


 Please always wear your face masks. Bring your own alcohol, soap, ballpen, paper and other materials. Strictly no borrowing of things.
 Please stay home if you are unwell.
 Attendance in the class signifies readiness to participate in class discussions and activities.
 Students are responsible for their absences.
 A student will be automatically marked DRP (Dropped) after eight (8) consecutive absences.
 Requirements must be submitted within the designated date of submission. However, late turned-in requirements still need to be submitted for completion.
 Cell phones and other devices may be in your possession. However, they need to be set to silent mode. All school rules will be followed as stated in the student
handbook.
 Late work: Deductions will be given; however, leniency will be observed.

 Academic dishonesty of any form will not be tolerated. Academic dishonesty includes, but it is not limited to:
- Cheating during quiz or exam (copying somebody’s work or letting somebody copy your work)
- The unauthorized use of intellectual property (plagiarism)
- Lying to an instructor or any university employee.
Such actions will be penalized with a failing grade and with a strong possibility of course failure and/or referral to the Guidance Office for disciplinary action.
 A student who missed taking a quiz or exam will be given a score of zero. A make-up/special quiz or exam will be given under exceptional cases only and upon the
