COURSE REQUIREMENTS
1. Read and study all the course readings/lectures given in the handouts; this is in order to answer the assessment activities that will be given by the faculty.
2. Regular attendance during the face to face (F2F) schedule.
3. Participate in the synchronous and face to face sessions.
4. Submit all requirements (laboratory works/assignment) on time.
5. Do all the quizzes, midterm exam, and final exam.
6. Submit the final requirements (portfolio), i.e. a compilation containing all the homework’s, laboratory plates, seat works if any, quizzes, and exams accomplished within
the semester.

instructional materials.

indicated by the instructor. If needed, do not hesitate to keep in touch with me through any available means (preferably thru MS chat and messenger).
- All requirements shall be renamed bearing the subject, yr. & sec, activity, and name, (e.g., “CE111-PS1-PascuaMR” for Assignment 1 and “CE111-Q1-
PascuaMR” for Quiz 1) for purposes of monitoring of submission and on-time passing.
Academic dishonesty of any form will not be tolerated. Academic dishonesty includes, but it is not limited to:
- Cheating during quiz or exam (copying somebody’s work or letting somebody copy your work)
- The unauthorized use of intellectual property (plagiarism)
- Lying to an instructor or any university employee.
Such actions will be penalized with a failing grade and with a strong possibility of course failure and/or referral to the Guidance Office for disciplinary action.
A student who missed taking a quiz or exam will be given a score of zero. A make-up/special quiz or exam will be given under exceptional cases only and upon the
