First Convocation Ceremony

SY 2022-2023
Script

* Good afternoon! Our dear parents occupy the vacant seats. Thank you.
* May I request also our teachers to please double check the list our achievers. If you have
an additional awardee you can go directly to our school secretary to address that issue.
* May I call on also our pupils/students to keep silence and fix yourself for us to start our
program. At exactly 1:30 pm we will start todays activity.

Intro:

“Education is our passport to the future for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it
today”
First convocation ceremony is the culmination of all hard work and study of our students for
the First Grading Period. It is the day when you, students, can say, “Ive done it”

It is the one of the most important date in our academic calendar as it is the time when our
teachers can gather with students and their parents to celebrate academic achievement.
Remember that the First Convocation Ceremony is not the end but just the beginning of your
journey for this school year.

Dear Parents, students, our dedicated faculty and staff, visitors, ladies and gentlemen
welcome to the First Convocation Ceremony with theme _______________.

Invocation:

May we request everyone to please rise as we offer the Days Celebration to the hand or our
Allah to be led to us by sir Juluis A. Masil our Grade 6 Adviser.

You may now have a seat.

Today is indeed, a day to celebrate, for today we recognize and commend our student’s
achievement, for the First Grading Period. It is a great time for achievers to show how
thankful to their parents and teachers that have undeniably given them the best support
toward the attachment of their desire goal.

Welcome address:

To give us a brief Introduction, let us all welcome our energetic school head, mam Amillana
Z. Kumpa, Let’s give her a big round of applause for welcome Address.

Our warmest gratitude for that inspiring address, mam Cor.

At this point, Let us proceed to the highlights of this activity.

Awarding…..

To recognize the accomplishment that our pupils students have fruitfully worked for this
quarter, let proceed to the awarding of certificates to the awardees for Elementary Level, to
be given by our school head, together with the teacher-advisers! But before anything else
allow me to read the content of this Certificate.

* May I call on the teacher from elementary level department to present the awardees of
their respective advisory classes. .
Thank you mam Amillana and Teacher adviser of elementary department. And our warm
congratulations to our awardees and their parents. Sa mga di nakakakuha ng award today,
laban lang…be the best…

At this juncture, we will witness our Grade 7 students on their Intermission number.

Now let us continue our awarding of certificates to the outsdaning junior Hogh Students, a
certificate to be given by our school head and to assisted by our teacher adviser from from
the junior high school department.

Thank you so much mam Cor and to our Junior High School Teacher Department. And a big
congratulations top our awardees. Sa mga di nakakakuha ng awards today, hindi pa ito ang
huli may susunod pa. laban lang. ugaliing mag aral at magbasa.

Closing

At this point, may I call on our School Head, mam Amillana Z. Kumpa for further
announcement of these coming following days. Please listen carefully.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

Of course, today is also the perfect to say, “Thank you” to the people behind your success. It
is always best to acknowledge your parents and also our dear teachers! Most of all, thanks
to God! Let us offer everything we had and have to him.

To end this program let us all rise for our Flag Retreat!

Thank you for coming everyone and congratulations to our awardees and to their parents.
Thank you so much also to our teachers to make this activity SUCCESS.
Thank you also to our Stakeholders for their unending support in our beloved alma mater.
