 To handle all sections in ammonia unit – Primary Reformer, Secondary Reformer,

Compressor (PAC, SYN Gas, ARC Compressor Unit ) , Carbon-di-oxide removal ,
Methanation, Desulphurization, Carbon-mono-oxide shift conversion, Cryogenic
 Purification etc…
 To handle all equipment in ammonia unit- Stream Turbine, Compressor, Pumps, Lube
oil circulation System, Deaeroter, Stripper, Filter, FD & ID Fan, Heat Exchangers,
Gas Turbine, Knock Out Drum, Ammonia Converter , Separator, Reactor, Vessel,
Reboiler.
 To handle Emergency Shut-down by failure of Utilities, Electricity…… etc.

Ramagundam fertilizers and chemicals Limited:-

 Logging all Tube skin Temperatures in the Reformer and Checking for any

Blasting.
 Leak test (Either by air or by nitrogen

preparation of punch list, stroke checking of control valves, External & Internal inspection

 2.6 Years works experience in Gas Cracker unit (GCU) at Gail Pata under Global
S.S. construction Pvt Ltd.
 Responsible for smooth & safe field operations, troubleshooting, start-up & shutdowns,
emergency shutdown, & safe handling of all associated process of Ethane / Propane Cracker
unit with normal operation
 Hands on experience in start-up and shutdown, Cracking & Decoking of Twin Cell Furnaces.
 Check the healthiness of Burners in Furnace, TMT measurement etc.
 Hand on experience of Quench water System, Feed Saturator, Dilution Steam Generator,
LP Water Stripper and also Quality Monitoring of QW, BFW System in BFW Tank and
Steam Drum of Furnaces.
 Monitoring Of CO at Furnace outlet by DMDS Adjustment & PH maintaining in Steam
Drumby Phosphate Adjustment.
 DMDS and Phosphate Unloading.
 Handling of Caustic Tower & Caustic Circulation pump . ( To remove H2S and CO2 going
tocold Section )
 Handling and supervising all maintenance jobs for all equipment (Furnaces , Centrifugal
Compressor , Centrifugal pumps , Stem & motor Driven , Reciprocating pump Heat
