Problem Statement :-

In our retail store, the current checkout process is causing significant customer dissatisfaction and
operational challenges. Customers frequently experience long wait times during peak hours, leading to
frustration and potential loss of sales. On average, customers wait for 15 minutes to complete their
purchases, resulting in increased checkout staff costs. We need to implement self-checkout technology
to address these issues.

Objective :-

The Objectives are to reduce wait times to under 5 minutes during peak hours and cut cashier staffing
costs
