    Procedure
    Phase A: Heat to 75C:
    Phase B: Sift ICE Olivate slowly into phase A, under propeller stirring 500-800rpm. Blend until free of lumps.
    Remove from the heat. Add remaining ingredients from phase B, and keep stirring.
    Phase C: Cool phase A/B to 40C, then add phase C ingredients, one by one, under good blending.

    PH: 6.0
    Stable after 4 weeks.

    Combination of Herbal extracts and arbutin that may help even out skin tone over time. Quick hassle free
    formulation, with a touch of vanilla.
