Free Select -is used to create a selection using the cursor selection by connecting the
points to each other
Fuzzy Select- It creates a selection of an object based on color similarity in just one
click
Select by Color - lets you create a selection based on color similarity
Path- use to create complex curves called Bézier curves
Feather Edges - create a smooth transition between the selection and its surroundings
Healing tool - is a smart brush tool used to remove small irregularities in a photo.

Dodge/ Burn - is used to lighten and darken selected areas of a photo using different
brush types

Smudge – is a brush picks up color where the stroke begins and pushes it in the
direction you swipe or nudge it.

Graphic Interchange Format- It is a platform-independent image format that is widely


used for creating greeting messages, graphical images, annotated images, etc. It
creates an impressive impact and attracts users.

Animation- A sequence of different frames of any particular image which changes with
the fraction of time and gives motion to the objects of that image.

Frame Per Second- This is a measurement of how many still images, or frames, are
displayed in a single second of video or animation

Web Design- The process of planning, conceptualizing, and implementing the plan for
designing a website in a way that is functional and offers a good user experience.

Visual Design - This is any characteristic that we can see, including line, shape,
direction, size, texture, color, and value.

Color – is important part of web interface design increases the readability and
accessibility of a page

Image – is a part of visual presentation can the user understand things in a visual form
Font- It is the specific style of text that's printed on a page or displayed on a computer
screen.

Animation- This is basically movement of different elements such as images, text, logo
etc. It can give life to your web page

White Space - This is the very important visual element of web design. This means
empty space between other elements of the page.

Layout - It is the foundation base of the page. It decides where and how should
different elements of page is organized to create a good user experience

Banners - Creative rectangular ads that are shown along the top, side, or bottom of a
website in hopes that it will drive traffic to the advertiser's proprietary site, generate
awareness, and overall brand consideration.

Brochure- It is an informative paper document for advertising, which can be folded into
a template, pamphlet, or leaflet.

Card- You can give this to your loved ones during occasions is one way to show our
affection towards them. To make it more appealing, one can make his or her own
design.

Infographics- This is a creative way of presenting information through graphics. It


usually contains facts with accompanying images and/or illustrations.

Book Cover- usually plays an important role when it comes to catching the attention of
readers.

Magazine Cover- It contains pictures or drawings that have different texts around them.

Gate Fold Brochure - This is a pretty uncommon brochure because of its expensive
cost, which has a great influence when it is used appropriately.

Bi-Fold Brochure - It is mainly used for product catalogs and presentations, trade
shows and corporate meetings, etc.

Tri-Fold Brochure- his brochure has enough space for designers to present
information and design interesting, thus attracting more attention to the reader.

Z-Fold Brochure - This is basically an accordion fold, and is a great brochure folding
option because of the versatility it provides.
