STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

TUJUAN & RUANG LINGKUP


PURPOSE & SCOPE

Prosedur ini bertujuan untuk memastikan serta memberikan arahan tentang proses yang harus dilakukan
ketika ada kondisi unschedule atau schedule breakdown sehingga bisa mempercepat dan mengefektifkan
proses perbaikannya.
This procedure aims to ensure and provide direction on the process that must be undertaken when there
is an unscheduled condition or breakdown, in order to accelerate and streamline the repair process.

DEFINISI
DEFINITIONS

Machine down - adalah pekerjaan yang tidak terencana dan semua pihak di Dept. Plant harus
memberikan respon yang tanggap (Top priority) atas permintaan pekerjaan secara efektif.
Machine down - is unplanned work and all parties in the Plant Dep’t should respond effectively with
appropriate priority dependent on the operational needs of the project. .
Imminent failure - adalah pekerjaan yang dilakukan atas permintaan perawatan yang telah diprediksi
dalam waktu dekat akan failure sehingga perlu perencanaan yang tepat dan tanggap.
Imminent failure - is work being done as a maintenance request, with failure predicted near term,
therefore requiring appropriate planning and response dependent on the operational needs of the project.
Backlog work - adalah pekerjaan terencana atas dasar sekumpulan temuan hasil inspeksi/Program
Pemeriksaan Harian (P2H) yang dilakukan pada saat unit service atau RFU namun tidak sedang tidak
beroperasi.
Backlog work - is work planned on the basis of defects identified from inspections/ Daily Checking
Program performed at the time of servicing units, pre-start checks or RFU, but not during operation.
Scheduled Breakdown - adalah salah satu kegiatan pemeliharaan prefentif (Preventive maintenance).
Pemeliharaan pencegahan merupakan syarat mutlak kehandalan asset dan management asset yang
efektif. Team maintenance yang efektif harus didedikasikan sebagai tenaga kerja tersebut, dukungan
pengawasan secara konsisten dan tepat waktu.
Scheduled Maintenance- is a preventive maintenance activity. Preventative maintenance is an absolute
requirement for asset reliability and effective asset management. An effective maintenance team must
be dedicated as a labor force and provide support supervision consistently and on time.

Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab :


Duties and Responsibilities :
 Plant Supervisor/Foreman dapat memahami dan memutuskan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam
mengambil keputusan cepat dalam melakukan perbaikan terhadap unit breakdown.
The Plant Supervisor/Foreman must understand and determine all tasks and responsibilities. Must
make quick decisions and take appropriate actionsto rectify the unit breakdow to meet the operational
needs.
 Plant Supervisor harus selalu melakukan koordinasi dengan baik kepada Plant Superitendent dan
Plant Planner dalam hal mempersiapkan rencana perbaikan eguipment.
Plant Supervisors must always coordinate with both the Plant Superintendent and Plant Planner in
terms of preparing equipment improvement plans.
 Plant Planner membuat breakdown repair/shutdown plan dengan melakukan koordinasi ke Plant
Superitendent/Supervisor untuk membahas durasi pekerjaan shutdown yang akan dilakukan.

Plant Planner shall create breakdown repair/shutdown plan coordination with the Plant
Superintendent/Supervisor and discuss the shutdown duration for the work to be done.
 Plant Superitendent/Supervisor/Foreman dan mekanik harus bisa memahami tugas dan tanggung
jawab masing-masing untuk bisa melakukan shutdown plan dengan benar.
The Plant Superintendent/Supervisor/Foreman and mechanics must be able to understand their duties
and responsibilities in order to perform the shutdown plan properly.
Alur Proses :
Flow Process:
 Plant Planner/Superintendent dan Supervisor membuat shutdown plan untuk pekerjaan yang akan
dilakukan sehingga didapat durasi pekerjaan atau lamanya perbaikan.
The Plant Planner/Superintendent and Supervisor create shutdown plans for the work required in
order to get the work duration or length of repair.
 Plant Planner melakukan review bersama Plant Superintendent serta meminta approval breakdown
repair/shutdown plan tersebut ke Plant Superitendent.
The Plant Planner conducts a review with the Plant Superintendent and requests approval for the
breakdown repair/shutdown plan from the Plant Superintendent.
 Plant Foreman/mekanik melakukan perbaikan eguipment sesuai kerusakan dan rencana
perbaikannya.
The Plant Foreman/ Mechanic undertakes repairs of equipment in accordance with the
repair/shutdown plan.
 Plant Supervisor/Foreman dan mekanik memberikan laporan “30 menit sebelum Ready for Use
(RFU)“ kepada Plant Dispatcher untuk diteruskan ke Produksi.
The Plant Supervisor/Foreman and Mechanics provide a report "30 minutes before Ready for Use
(RFU)" to the Plant Dispatcher to be forwarded to the Production.
 Plant Supervisor/Foreman atau PIC mekanik melakukan performance test dan memastikan unit RFU.
Plant Supervisor/ Foreman or PIC Mechanic carry out the performance test and ensure the unit RFU.
 Plant Foreman melaporkan unit RFU ke Plant Dispatcher maupun Produksi dan melakukan closing
notification.
Plant Foreman reports unit RFU to the Plant Dispatcher and Production and performs closing
notifications.
