    RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENTS OF LUPONG TAGAPAMAYAPA


    OF BARANGAY BONIFACIO, SAN CARLOS CITY (PANGASINAN)

    WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 399 (d) of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the
    Local Government Code of 1991, Punong Barangay Alex G. Martinez appointed the following bona-
    fide resident of Barangay Bonifacio, San Carlos City (Pangasinan) to serve as Lupong Tagapamayapa
    thereat;

    1. DOMINADOR P. FERRER 6. NARCISO B. VALDEZ


    2. BELLA B. CONCEPCION 7. ISAGANI M. DE LEON
    3. ISMAEL P. FERRER 8. ROMULO L. ROSARIO
    4. RONALDO R. ROSARIO 9. MELVIN G. MARTINEZ
    5. MANUEL C. POYAOAN 10. JULIO S. ZAMBRANO

    WHEREAS, this body believes in the qualifications of the appointed Lupong Tagapamayapa;

    WHEREAS, this body approves and concurs the appointment of the Lupong Tagamapayapa
    listed above;
    NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Jacqueline P. Cayabyab
    and duly seconded by all the Sangguniang Members present;

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the appointments of the listed Lupong


    Tagapamayapa be approved and concurred by the Sangguniang Barangay Members of Barangay
    Bonifacio, San Carlos City (Pangasinan).

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices.
