MYLAB COURSE WITH
BLACKBOARD ULTRA

Step 1: Purchase the Access Code
There are various ways to purchase your access code:
Directly from Pearson Registration:
1. The following steps will take you through the MyLab registration process where you can
purchase directly from Pearson.
Note: If you are waiting for funds and cannot purchase your access code today, you can
continue to create your MyLab account and set up a 14-day temporary access. Once you
have received your funds, you can then purchase your access code and upgrade your
temporary access.

Step 2: Sign into Blackboard Ultra and select
the Pearson link under Course Content
You can also find this link in
your Books & Tools located
on the left side navigation
Note – this link may be named differently. Ask your
instructor if you don’t see “Access Pearson or Pearson”
Step 3: MyLab & Mastering Link
• Click on Open MyLab & Mastering
→ NOTE: Once you have
completed the one-time
registration process, clicking on
the links in the future will take
you directly to the Pearson site
– no sign-in necessary.
Step 4: Sign in
If you have used a
Pearson product before,
you will have a Pearson
account.
Sign in with your
existing username and
password.
If you forgot your username and/or password, click here.
Step 4: Create new account
If you have never used a Pearson
product before, you will not have an
account.
Click Create to set up a new account

Select Student as
your role
Check that you Agree
to Terms of Use
Click Create account
Step 5: Register Using Prepaid Access Code
