Course Title: INTRODUCTION TO ICT SPECIALIZATION PART 2


Course Credits: 3 units Contact Hours/Week: 54 hours/18weeks
Course Description: The course deals with the discussion and application of the basic competencies, common competencies
and the core competencies of Computer Systems Servicing, Telecom (OSP) and Subscriber Line Installation
(copper Cable/ POTS and DSL), Telecom OSP Installation (Fiber Optic Cable), Broadband Installation (Fixed
Wireless Systems) and Contact Center Services

Prerequisite:
