The Awit at Sayaw Kay Inang Maria, is an annual activity of offering dances and songs to the Blessed
Mother, is a two way rendition of love to our culture as Filipinos. First, this activity enables the whole
Lyceum of Aparri to give honor to its patroness Our Lady of Lourdes, Secondly, this activity
promotes our love for our culture in dance and in music especially here in Cagayan. The Lyceum of
Aparri Christian Formation planned to push through the said inter-departmental competition on April
5, 2024.
In line with this, I would like to excuse the names listed below from your classes. Attached herewith

The Department of Education conducted the National Achievement Test last March 20-21,
2024 to all public and private schools. In line with this , all immersion students are excuse to
your esteemed offices starting March 19, 2024 until to date.
They will resume on April 1, 2024 until they can finish the hours for their Work Immersion.
We are eager to continue providing our students with hands-on experience under the
guidance and mentorship of your experienced staff.

In preparation for the competition, we understand the significance of having authentic and appropriate
costumes that resonate with the essence of folk dance. Therefore, we would like to inquire about the
possibility of renting folk dance costumes from your school's inventory. We believe that this
collaboration not only enhances the authenticity of the performances but also fosters a sense of
camaraderie and cooperation among our institutions.
We assure you that the costumes will be handled with utmost care and returned promptly after the
competition. Additionally, any terms and conditions regarding the rental agreement will be adhered to
diligently.
We look forward to your positive response and the opportunity to collaborate with your school in this
endeavor. Together, let us make this inter-departmental folk dance competition a memorable and
enriching experience for all participants.
