    Tournament Rules:
    Swiss format with 7/8 rounds depends on the number of players.
    Time Control : Rapid : 20min + 5sec, increment per move from move 1.
    Walkover time - 20 mins
    Prizes will not be shared. Latest tie-break rules will be applied in case of tie. Only one higher prize
    will be given to each prize winner.
    Winner certificates and participation certificates shall be shared online after tournament.
    Tournament will be conducted in 5 separate categories : Open, U-15, U-13, U-11, U-09, U-07
    Under-15 : born on/ after 01/01/2009
    Under-13 : born on/ after 01/01/2011
    Under-11 : born on/ after 01/01/2013
    Under-09 : born on/ after 01/01/2015
    Under-07 : born on/ after 01/01/2017
    Latest FIDE & AICF rules will apply. In case of any disputes during the tournament, Chief Arbiters
    decision will be final. The Organiser reserves the rights to admit or refuse any entry without
    assigning any reason.
    Any kind of wristwatch or electronic devices strictly not allowed. In case a player found cheating,
    strict disciplinary action shall be taken alongwith immediate disqualifcation.
    In case of player entry cancellation, ₹100 shall be deducted as admin charges and rest of the entry
    fee shall be refunded. (valid till Fri 3rd May, 6pm - post this no refund on cancellation)
    Entry Fees:
    Early Bird: Rs. 450/- till 20th April 2024
    Rs. 500/- 21st April 2024 onwards
    Rs. 300/- for Specially-Abled
    Last date of Registration : 03rd May 2024

    Inauguration followed by Round-1 : 9.00 AM
    Prize Distribution : 6.00 PM
