LOOP Resistance Tester:
This set is dedicated to the resistance measurement of closed loops by

induction of an AC Voltage up to 200V.
LOOP Controller:
This tool has a function to measure principal features of aircraft fire

detection loop such as the Airbus, Bombardier, ATR42 & 72, Boeing,

Brake Pressure Unit - Adjusting & Servicing

The DCM “Brake Pressure Test Unit” is a very simple unit which is intended to be used for adjusting
and servicing of the brake system, on either the CRJ series, Challenger 300, Challenger 605, Global
Express and ERJ140/145 aircrafts.
In fact, it can also be used on any other types of aircraft by simply changing the adapter that connect to the brake
system.
STANDARD FEATURES
Model: A01-670-1500-1
Finish: Safety yellow acrylic enamel
Accuracy of the unit: (0.1%) gauge and transducer
Pressure gauge: Skydroll resistant. Initial calibration required, high impact resistant,
longer field service life, great reading accuracy.
Maximum Working Pressure: 3,000 psi +/- 200 psi
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
This kit can be operated with or without a computer

(# RCS 486/PE NT - supplied by Techmatron)
with an acquisition card # UPC 601U (supplied by
validyne). These equipments are not included with
the DCM kit.
The wheels, (2 swivels and 2 fixed), tow bar and

handles make the DCM oil brake easy to move and
handle.

The DCM mobile crane has been designed to remove and install engines on any Regional Jet or busi-
ness aircraft. Its manoeuvrability and ease of operation allow for more efficient aircraft maintenance.
The legs of the crane surround the transporter stand during engine pick-up, thus saving working space.
The boom of the crane can be lowered to facilitate transportation on a flat bed truck.

WARRANTY
DCM AEROSPACE (“DCM”) warrants that this product, manufactured in accordance with the best standards of
workmanship, is free from any known defects, has been inspected and tested and was found to be in conformance
with the specific standards, drawings and other pertaining documents.
This commitment is in force for one (1) year from the date of shipment and applies only to the original user
(Purchaser) of new Equipment from DCM. The product purchased under this agreement shall be used exclusive-
ly by the Purchaser. There shall be no third party beneficiary of this warranty, except as authorized by DCM
Aerospace.
DCM has the right to site inspection and judgment of the claimed defects in any product cov-
ered by this warranty. DCM’s liability is limited to the repair of any defects found by DCM to
exist or, at DCM option, the replacement of the defective item.
When the part or equipment must be returned to DCM for inspection or repair, the Purchaser
must pay the transportation cost. Should the customer require the inspection or work to be
done on his site by DCM qualified technicians, the Purchaser will have to assume the travel-
ling expenses (traveling and logging expenses) of the technicians. Without limiting what fol-
lows, DCM will assume the cost of labour to execute the repair to be done on site under war-
ranty.
The warranty does not cover :
Parts required for normal maintenance (normal wear and tear).

Parts already covered by a component manufacturers warranty.
Defects or deficiencies due to or arising out of weather or other influences of nature.
This warranty will apply only if all the following conditions are met:
1) the product was installed and operated in accordance with accepted industrial standards and in accord-
ance with the printed instructions furnished by DCM or by original designer; and ,
2) the Equipment was used under normal conditions for which designed; and,
3) the product was not used in a corrosive, abnormally dusty or high humidity moisture condensing envi-
ronment; and ,
4) the Equipment was not subjected to misuse, improper, abnormal, or negligent handling, operation,
maintenance, overloading, or use (e.g. exceeding the maximum workload, improper maintenance), im-
proper site or installation; and,
5) the Equipment received proper care, protection and maintenance under the supervision of competent
personnel; and,
6) no tampering, alteration, or repair were made by Purchaser, or by a third party other than DCM, without
the prior written consent of DCM.
The warranty will not apply unless the buyer gives written notice to DCM of the specific defect within seven (7)
business days of discovery of such defect and the buyer has met its financial obligation under the Contract, in-
cluding its payment obligations. If a problem requiring servicing occurs, please contact DCM immediately. Do
not attempt to repair or disassemble the product without first contacting DCM, since any action may affect war-
ranty coverage.

WARRANTY
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY as defined herein, is the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OF DCM
AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WAR-
RANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH
ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty against DCM is limited to
the repair or replacement, at DCM’s option, of defective parts. In the event DCM is una-
ble or otherwise fails to repair or replace within a reasonable time, Purchaser’s sole and
exclusive remedy against DCM is limited to an amount not in any event to exceed the
Purchase Amounts actually paid for the Equipment (upon return of the Equipment to
DCM).
DCM shall in no event be liable to the Purchaser, nor shall the Purchaser recover from DCM, for injury to per-
sons or damage to property, or any other loss or damage whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the con-
tract, delivery, assembly, disassembly, repair, use, or installation of the Equipment (whether arising from any
claim based upon contract, warranty, tort, products, liability, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theo-
ry), for any amount in excess of the purchase amounts actually paid by the Purchaser to DCM for the Equipment;
provided, however, that in no event shall DCM be liable to Purchaser in any manner for any special, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages, including damages or losses arising out of the inoperability of the Equip-
ment, operating labour, overhead, or lost profits (whether arising from contract, warranty, tort, products liability,
strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory), even if DCM has been advised of the possibility therefore.
Any action for an alleged breach of contract relating to any Equipment sold by DCM to the Purchaser must be
commenced by Purchaser within one (1) year of the date on which such cause of action accrued.
The provisions of this agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the uniform commercial
code as enacted in the Province of Quebec - Canada. ***
