 CHAPTER 1 : EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Celekt Mobile shop, Kuppam is a huge shop which consists of various branded
mobiles. They assure the good quality and customer satisfaction. The shop has the very
good rating by their customers. They provide online delivery also. During my internship
period they gave me the very good friendly atmosphere where I could be able to learn
about the various brands of mobiles and how to sell them by giving a attractive details
about the mobiles which would make the customer feel worth buying.
They also made me learn how to maintain the profit graph of the shop. Overall I felt
very informative and I enhanced my skills on the business for some extent.

An internship can help a student decide if a particular career is a good

match for their personality, lifestyle, passions and goals. This way a student can avoid
spending time and money on training for a career that does not really suit their abilities
or needs.

By successfully completing an internship, a student can obtain a positive

recommendation that can be used for future employers, college admission and
scholarship applications.

Completing an internship also makes a student a more attractive candidate for

colleges and scholarships. Having “real world” work experience shows a college or
scholarship panel that a student has a clear set of goals that they are actively working
towards. Demonstrating commitment and follow through demonstrates a high level of
maturity, responsibility, and willingness to do what it takes to be successful.

An internship can help a student decide if a particular career is a good match for
their personality, lifestyle, passions and goals. This way a student can avoid spending time
and money on training for a career that does not really suit their abilities or needs.

Celekt is a prominent brand with a robust network of 65+ stores in Andhra,

Telangana, Maharashtra which has started with a mere three-store retail chain that
began its services in Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh in 2018.
Today, a celekt gadget LLP is a single window facility for major National and
International brands including Apple Inc., Samsung, Xiaomi, Vivo (Technology company),
Oppo, Sony, LG Corporation, and other major brands. The retain change has included
smart TV’s, Mobiles accessories, Audio devices, and other Telecommunication services.
The Celekt offers a huge variety of Nation and International products to give way
to your specific requirements. The executives at they stores are well versed with the vast
inventory of products. They offline and online stores are supported by a strong network
of inventory and supply chain networks.
Celekt as a brand operates on the prime values of exceeding customers
expectations, absolutely safe and thriving working spaces for the employees and
associates.
Celekt has established a sate of art training facility to regularly educate our work
force about the latest mobile gadgets that are introduced regularly. They technical staff
and support must undergo the training program designed to keep them abreast with the
latest technological advancements in mobile networks.
They online network has 90 min delivery support after placing the order. The
delivery network is lead by a trained team of delivery executives who share they motto
that customer satisfaction is of top priority.

 CHAPTER 3: INTERNSHIP PART
An internship can provide a student with paid professional work experience in
a safe and structured environment with help from experts. Typically an intern will be
assigned a worksite mentor and school based internship coordinator. The worksite
mentor will help train a student and advise him or her on how to navigate a particular
worksite culture and interact with other workers.
The school internship coordinator helps the mentor and student build a strong
relationship that will help the intern have positive outcomes from their internship
experience. The internship coordinator can also help the student learn how to manage
their expectations and implement successful work habits.
At an internship, a student can practice and improve their industry skills while
also learning how to work. Students can gain a better understanding of how what they
are learning in school can help them with their future.

Internships help students master professional soft skills such as

communication, punctuality and time management. These are skills that are key for
success at a job and college and are highly sought after by companies. Many
employers complain that there are few candidates with excellent soft skills.

At an internship, a student can learn what the roles and responsibilities of a

particular career are from people working in the field. What sort of projects do they
work on? What skills and knowledge do they need to perform this job? Where did they
get their education?

An internship can be a real confidence builder for a student. Being successful

in the real world can inspire a student to work harder at school, and be more willing
to take on challenges or be outside of his/her comfort zone.

Having successfully completed an internship makes a job candidate more

attractive to employers. Many companies prefer to hire students who have completed
internship programs. This is because many interns have better work habits, possess
excellent soft skills, and have higher technical and industry skills since they have
received formal job training and professional guidance.

An internship can help a student start to build a professional network that

can be a resource for the student. A network can help a student make well-informed
decisions about their career and connect them with other professionals or
opportunities that will help a student achieve success in a field.

Planning is the process of determining the activities and tasks that need to

group communication, during our internship session we got a grip on formal
language as we had to interact with the management and staffs during our project.
We grasp that verbal communication is not only about expressing one’s views ideas
and conveying information but also its about conveying feedback in a constructive
manner, emphasizing specific, changeable behavior, giving credit to others,
recognizing and countering objections, discipline employees in a direct respectful
manners, assertiveness, advising others regarding an appropriate course of action

In the celekt mobiles, we observed that the digital technologies are

well developed when compared to since years. It is so benifitable to the people in
the state government. Digital technologies demand a range of skills from cloud
architecture to social media. Many occupations, such as scientists, now require some
level of programing skill. The good news is that digital makes it easier upgrade skills.
There is a wealth of online education and training sites, from khan academy to code
academy to messy open online courses featuring professors for leading universities
to help get up to speed with changing career needs.

We observed that the digital technologies is related to consumer is

changing from searching and sharing information to shopping for actual products.
To adopt, companies must adopt digital technologies to assist customers through
their buying journey.
Secretariats also adopt digital technologies to increase their
profitability since one advantage of technology is limit less communication,
secretariats can extend their reach beyond domestic boundaries and access
thousands of public through state wide.
Finally digital transformation is not just important but a requirement for all modern
business, as the majority of forms automate their process, forms who refuse to make
the change will lack behind and lose their competitive advantage.
On the other hand there are various incentives for the secretariats to
