Good morning Mr.

Adams, this message is from (Bruce) a travelling agent of the


visiontravelantouragencis. I am much glad to have you and your girlfriend as
customer of our esteemed company. Francisca Aggrey girlfriend was at my office
this early morning and according to her speech she was in to ask of the requirement
for her journey from Ghana (Kotoka International Airport) to USA (Jacksonville, FL
(JAX) ).She came with her passport to my office and going through the passport it
has been expired so i told her the first thing to do is to renew the passport so
she left it down, i asked how i could contact you and explain things to you and she
gave me your email address and number ([email protected] and +12297401622) i
decided to email you first and in case i have no reply i will call you then.

In our agency we always do our best to make sure our customers get the best needed
and make sure they arrive at their destination peacefully and safely. She asked of
the cost of the renewal of passport and that is $75 she has paid that one already
and paid for the forms for the visa which is $12.. I asked if her trip to you is
urgent or she would like us to go through the normal process and she told me she
will have to be with you when you are off from work and that is every 4 weeks which
i told her then her trip should go on the normal process nothing to rush about.
With the visa the normal fee is $225 which will take 8 weeks to be accomplished but
with the urgent one which take 2 weeks. I suggested she chooses the the urgent one
concerning her visa which she didn't hesitate to choose and the price is $485 and
she made another deposit on the visa which was $100 after we are done with the
paper works she will need a bank statement to be issued the visa but let us deal
with the first thing first. so now all she will have to give us concerning the visa
is $385 which she told me you will send it to her and she will bring it my office.

In order to make customers who are outside the country know what is going in the
company when we are dealing with their works we decides to send pictures of all
finished documents so don't worry once i finish with the passport and visa i will
send you the pictures for you to know what ever that is going on Sir!

Now back to the flight, we have several flights to the location that she will be
visiting she gave me all the names of the states you gave her and after going
through our airline the best place for her to alight is the Jacksonville, FL (JAX)
and i hope you know that and will be easy for you to pick her up when she arrives,
so you and your girl friend shouldn't panic about the airline or flight for her to
get on, once i finish with the visa and the passport i will list all the Airlines
available and their prices for you to choose one that you think can afford for her
to get on but like i said to Francisca let deal with the first works first before
any further move.

I am looking forward to hear from you after reading so i can know the next decision
to take on her documents, i have started working on her passport but i need to hear
from you before i start working on her visa later.
