– A. K. Jain and et. al. has developed histogram equalization
technique for enhancement of mammogram images. They
got 89% accuracy. Results are useful for early detection
and diagnosis of cancer. According to them in future using
high pass filter it is possible to get more accuracy. They
have only apply for gray scale images [1].
