Introduction

When we want to value technology, we find ourselves with a first problem, which is to

identify what we want to value, because the concept of technology is not available to everyone. In

common people there is the idea that technology are technological devices, but the specialized

public knows that the significance is much broader. After a tour of different concepts, in this text we

have ended up recognizing that there is a very close relationship between technology and

intellectual property. At the same time we have found a very close relationship between technology,

Survival Carry out an analysis of how the company is financially, then reduce
or minimize costs, negotiate with suppliers, seek help from the state,
include telecommuting and have the right and trustworthy people.
Operational challenges The company must implement strategies such as cost reduction, time
management, manual work reduction, timely and effective decision
making, and effective communication.
Financial Area It is essential to reduce expenses, look for aid programs offered by
the government, incorporate teleworking will imply reducing the
expenses of public services and rent.
Technology Implement pages and websites, provide users with a sales channel
with a portfolio of services or products of virtual form, where people
can view all the company's offer, have advice and shop.
Communication Create a communications committee where strategies are created to
have a more pleasant and organized communication, in the same way
to be able to control the safety of our employees where each one
receives their doses of the COVID vaccine, all this will contribute to
the continuous improvement of the company.

MinTic and OAS, propose measures that will benefit SMEs, in the article you can

identify three processes that are supposed to help achieve the goals. As CEO of the same

company, how wouldyou adopt and apply these three processes in the company to stay in the

market and face the financial crisis? Please record your response in the box below.

PROCESS RESPOND
Digitalization I would renew my web pages, I could create alliances with some
already known influencers, I would sell high quality products
and do some promotions, I would use cash on delivery or I could
pay shipping.
A very important item is that the content is clear and concise.
In the medium term, PYMES have the opportunity to deepen
their digitization efforts and capitalize on experience to develop
an increasingly robust digital business model.
International Finance Establish alliances with government entities that support the
Reporting Standars (NIIF) growth and sustainability of PYMES through international aid.
Establish the policies related to the new forms of information
(NIIF) based on the current regulations in order.
Working from home Establish new rules that have different types of contracts, where
the employee is qualified by objectives and goals whether daily,
weekly or monthly and is paid for this, working from home.
How important is innovation and constant business renewal, not only in times of
crisis?

The importance of innovation lies in integrating collaborators and clients to generate new

ideas, new projects and new products and/or business models efficiently and effectively.

Business renewal, it is the act of dynamically adjusting business models and strategies to

profound changes in the external environment. More than anything, this requires innovation.

Innovative thinking can help business owners predict the market and stay current with

customer needs. If a company does not innovate, you will see innovative companies bring new ideas

to the market and have to fight to keep up.
