 Motor : Motor is designed to perform efficient & comfort lift service. It contains reduction
gear with traction pulley and it is technically equipped with a cooling fan for the
machine and also automatic oil lubricators, all are housed in a well locked cast iron
frame. Special insulators are placed under the machine frame to prevent vibration
as the lift runs.

connected to each other.
E. OTHERS

 Counter weight frame : A proper designed counter weight frame with filler weight is provided for proper
balancing of cabin. The frame is equipped with guide shoes for smooth operation.

 Car and counter weight Guide : Specially treated T – shaped carbon steel guide rails, machined and polished to
ensure smooth running of lifts will be provided for car and counter weight. Two
rigid guide rails will guide the car and counter weight each. There (Guide rail)
attachments and joint shall be sufficient to with stand the forces imposed due to the
operation of safety gear and deflection due to uneven loading of the car.

 Ropes : Hoisting ropes shall be multi-stranded bright steel wire of adequate dimension to
serve the load. All standard accessories included.

 Speed Governor Rope : The over speed governing rope will be bright steel wear rope.

 Wiring raceway : All electrical wires in machine room and also shaft are laid into plastic conduits or
plastic channels called ducting to ensure isolation from any external effects.

 Painting : All exposed ferrous metal parts of machine and others materials in the hoist-way
included guide rail-fixing brackets (Excepts guides rails) will have one coat of
factory rust protecting paint.

SAFETY ARRANGEMENTS:

 Buffers : If the car should travel beyond the lowest floor or above the top floor the buffer reduces the
shocks of touching cabin and counter weight frame, at the bottom of the shaft.
 Evacuation Device : During a power failure the car can be moved by manually from machine room to the nearest
higher or lower landing door to evacuate the passengers.
 Speed governor & safety : If any unusual acceleration causes the governor cuts off the power of control penal grasp the
gear governor rope and activates emergency safety gear.
 Pre-limit switch : When the magnetic conduct fails to take slow speed in top and bottom floor, there will have
a pre-limit switch (electromechanical switch) to help take slow speed in top and bottom floor
and the lift stops smoothly in the floor level.
 Final limit switch : If the car travels above top floor level or below bottom floor level it cuts off the main power
of motors and stops functioning of the lift.
 Emergency unlocking : All landing doors provide key system for emergency unlocking from landing for evacuation
as well as for maintenance with special key.
 Emergency stop button : Emergency stop button will be provided in the inspection switch box / revision box on top
on car to stop the car in an emergency.
 Photo cell : A full height photocell with safety edge will be provided at the entrance of the car. The
door will not close while passenger going out from cabin or entering into the cabin.
 Gap between doors : The gap between the car and the landing door will be 20mm to 35mm maximum.

 Exclusions: Machine room construction, machine room slab, pit, and electrical main connection up to machine room,
shaft dividing beams, mains circuit barker for motor / lights, for the shaft and machine room are to be provided by you.

 Store room: Suitable and adequate store room with lock, key and lighting to be made available by you to us near the
ground floor during delivery of cargo to site and during our installation work.

 After sales service: Free for 12 months subsequently provided by us monthly at a mutual negotiated price.

 Offer validity: 30 days

 Warranty: We confirm equipment warranty against all manufacturing defects for one year from installation.
