ANSWER: SYSTEM OR PROCESS IN WHICH EMPLOYEES RECEIVE CONFIDENTIAL,
ANONYMOUS FEEDBACK FROM THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AROUND THEM.

2. WHAT’S ABSCONDING?
ANSWER: WHEN AN EMPLOYEE IS NOT REPORTING AT WORK FOR CONSECUTIVE DAYS
AND HAS NOT INFORMED HIS MANAGERS OR PEERS ABOUT HIS WHEREABOUTS OR THE
REASON OF HIS ABSENCE

3. WHAT ARE APPRAISAL LETTERS?


ANSWER: APPRAISAL LETTERS ARE WRITTEN BY THE HR DEPARTMENT TO NOTIFY SPECIFIC
EMPLOYEES TO PRAISE THEIR WORK PERFORMANCE DURING A CALENDAR YEAR.
