Example Name AR Invoice Form (ocq)1

Purpose This example provides a printable form for importing a single AR invoice into
Accounts Receivable. This template uses Office Connector Query to provide
convenient lists for Customer, Job, Standard Items.

Before You Start Macros are presently enabled

The following Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate applications are required:
Requirements
ü Office Connector - Import (AP Invoices)
ü Office Connector - Query (Standard or Designer)
ü Accounts Receivable

Using This Example 1. Enter values in the yellow cells to complete the purchase order information. Use
the group button in the left margin ([-] or [+]) to show or hide the header information
as you enter item details.
2. Click Save Import File on the Office Connector Import toolbar.
3. Provide a name for the import file and and click Save.
4. Follow the steps documented in the Accounts Receivable help to import the file.

Not sure where to start? Use the "Construction Sample Data" data folder
provided with your Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate software and use the
"Sample Values" worksheet for guidance.

About the Design Hidden column O contains TSImport functions. The TSImport functions in cells O3,
O10 and O11 write information to the Invoice record. The TSImport functions in
rows 22 through 39 write to Distribution records. The TSImport functions for
Distributions refer back to the TSImport in cell O3 to identify the parent Invoice.
Hidden columns Q, R and S provide lists for Job, Customer, and Standard Item.
