DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Supervising all the Maintenance, Planning, and Scheduling.
 Planning and Implement of Preventive Maintenance like Weekly, Monthly, 3 Month, 6
Month, and Annually done by Subcontractor with our team.
 Maintain the Efficiency of all services and to take necessary corrective action where
results are below standard
 Operation and Maintenance of TFA, AHU, FAHU, FCU, Split Ac, VFD, VAV & DX Units.
 Monitors and controls the fire pump system, FM200 System, Kitchen Ansul R-102 fire
Suppression System, sewage pump, grease trap interceptor, Calorifier, electrical system,
and ventilation elevator control in the building.
 Monitors of fire detection alarm systems, such as smoke detectors, heat detectors,
sprinklers, and emergency exits, in coordination with safety functions.
 All day to day activities like healthiness of AHU, Generator, Breaker, SMDB, MDB, UPS,
Lighting Control panels & Fire System.
