(Guardian Glass - Koch Industries) 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.
● Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning
according to specifications.
● Assume full responsibility for examining maintenance spare parts and ensuring compliance with standard specifications.
● Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and machinery, so that maintenance needs are anticipated and planned
● Liaise and coordinate with concerned departments on maintenance activities and production work schedules to deliver
required services with minimum disruption in operations.
o Mechanical Workshops Engineer
▪ We have two separate workshops with two separate teams.
▪ For the Mechanical Workshop, Managed a crew of one supervisor and 8 technicians (Plumbers, lathe
operators, fitters, and welders).
▪ Do maintenance for Gearboxes, Hydraulics systems, Pneumatic systems, valves, etc.
▪ For the Forklift Workshop, I managed a crew of one supervisor and one technician.
o Utility Engineer
▪ Water treatment station, Nitrogen Plant, ECS (Emission control system), SO2 Unit, Air Compressors,
and Hydrogen Plant
▪ Reduce breakdown time and diagnoses by cause map analyses
▪ Manage and Allocate tasks for the four maintenance shifts
