Letter For Interview
Letter For Interview
We are third-year Bachelor of Science in Education Major in English students from Cavite
State University, Imus Campus. As part of our academic curriculum, we are embarking on a
face to face interview that focuses on Gender and Development, to be executed at Imus, Cavite
Local Government Unit.
We are reaching out to seek your permission and cooperation for our team to conduct
interviews, gather information, and document the experiences and progress of each project that
the City of Imus Gender and Development Office will undertake.
It is crucial to emphasize that our intentions are purely academic, with a commitment to ethical
journalism practices. The face to face interview will be produced with sensitivity, respect, and
utmost consideration for the dignity and privacy of the subjects involved. Our objective is to
document gender-inclusive projects, and movements around the city, contributing to a better
understanding of every individual’s needs.
Recognizing the significance and sensitivity of the data, we assure you that all gathered
information will be used responsibly for educational purposes only. We are prepared to adhere
to any conditions or guidelines set by your organization to ensure a smooth and respectful
collaboration.
Your support is essential to the success of our project, and we sincerely hope for a positive
response. We are happy to provide additional details or answer any questions you may have
regarding our project. Thank you, and God bless!
Respectfully Yours,
