input, output, process, and store data and information.
2. Types of computer system include Mainframe,

manufacturer, etc.
4. With the help of specification, the performance of the
device can be known.

  Course Outcome Integrated:
1. We got to learn about specifications of computer
systems.
2. Specifications help us to know in detail about the
device's performance.

 Actual Procedure Followed: -

1. Group Formation:-In the last week of February the
topics for Micro-project of all subject were introduced,
group of 5 persons were formed according to the roll
numbers, also a group leader was selected among the
group members & a brief explanation of format was
given by the respective subject teacher.
2. Finalization Of Micro-Project:-Computer Specification
topic was finalized after the discussion between the
group members with unison of all group members and it
was recorded by the teacher.
3. Planning:-After finalization of the topic, a group
discussion was held among the group members in which
we exchanged each other’s view & planned to include
some important concepts.
4. Module Distribution & Analysis Part:-Analysis was done
& according to it some work was distributed among

 each group members according to their strengths in
particular work.
5. Design Part:-During this phase, we prepared a design
plan with every group member’s consideration, because
of this we were more clearer about the Micro-project.
6. Implementation:-This was a very important phase for
our Micro-project, so more emphasis was given to this
phase. We implemented our ideas at our level best to
make the PPT much better than before.
7. Presentation:-We presented the details of each concept
we have used in the project & various changes were
suggested by teacher.
8. Submission:-In the last week of March, it was the time
of submission of the Micro-project. Submission was
done in form of hard copy.

  Output Of Micro-Project: -

Basic Parts of Computer-

Monitor-
Monitor or display is a device used to visualize data or
graphics sent from computer. There are various types
of displays available such as LCD, LED Backlight LED.

Size is important parameter of display such as 12,30,
24,36 inches Monitor also has fast response time which
is required for gaming, but are more expensive.

CPU-
Central Processing Unit (CPU), principal part of any
digital computer system, generally composed of the
main memory, control unit, and arithmetic-logic unit.
CPU also called cabinet CPU is the brain of computer.
CPU processes all information related to computer.

Mouse-
Mouse is a way to communicate with computer.
Mouse is used to control cursor & with the help of
mouse it is more interactive. Mouse has 3 buttons left
click, right click & scroll. Left click performs normal
function Right click performs special function. Scroll is
used scroll up and down.

Keyboard-
Keyboard is one way to communicate with computer.
The input from keyboard. Is key (Alphabets, numerical

characters) or command Keyboard are also available in
wireless or wired. Wireless requires Bluetooth.

Speaker-
Speaker is used to have audio output or sound output
from computer. There are two types of speaker inbuilt,
&external. Inbuilt speaker are designed to give basic
sound, like alerts. External speaker gives more sound
and basic sound such as music & audio output of video.
